He is a lord from a long time ago that almost conquered the whole world ,now he is stuck in his own realm being ready to come back(Leblanc was one of his followers but she betrayed him and now she is preparing for his return (there is the new finisher card from noxus, that is one of the precautions she took))

I think it's easy to forget that Minimorph is permanent, as well as an UNREACTABLE Champ removal - also removes win conditions like Ledros, for example! Am very hyped for this card

Minimorph looks pretty insane to me. It is actually the very first burst speed removal, which on its own makes it pretty strong. You can now obliterate the opponents wincon at burst speed. Seems pretty OP to me.

Hey Mogwai just some youtube tips that might help in future react videos. The left and right arrow key shifts the video 5 seconds backwards and forwards respectively. 'J' & 'L' keys move the video 10 seconds back and forwards respectively. 'K' keys pauses the video. When trying to find a certain frame or second I often find it easier to use these keys than manually parse the video. Keep up the good work, enjoying the vids!
You could try to watch the video as it's meant and then at the end read all the cards (as they do present all of them at the end of the video so you don't have to pause it). Heck watch it 2 or 3 times. Personally love your reaction to all these, love how fun and excited you are about it.

This guy reminds me of Kaos from Skylanders so much. I wouldn't be surprised if it's the same Va :P I don't think it's possible to play him outside of Bandlecity, outside of Veigar himself there's no way to pump up the darkness or generate it in Shadow Isle
I think that some experiments with Veigar Shadow Isles Bilgwater might prove very successful. Kegs will allow Darkness to reach damage required to level up Veigar, while getting it with "summon" effects from SI. Also Tenor of Terror will be a good plunder activator with Impact.

It feels like riot went VERY careful with him, given that there is only two ways of generating Darkness (revealed so far) and it's a single summon effect from Veigar and a follower AND you can't hold more than one Darkness in hand... He basically NEEDS to be BC to yet have a small chance of level up...
I think he will work well with Ionia; hear me out. Ionia is filled with recalls which will allow you to recall and replay the Acolyte which generates darkness, as well as the Stilted Robemaker who reduces the cost of the darkness. I think that the extra/cheaper darknesses plus the removal with cards like Will of Ionia and especially Homecoming make Ionia a great region for this archetype, and the removal gives Veigar enough stall to become strong. Also, Eye of the Dragon will help stall even further.
Remember that Veigar is in Shadow Isles and if you can create multiple Diego in play, so does Veigar. Just imagine 2-3 in play, at every start of the round, you'll get a 2-3 increase in damage for your Darkness (excluding other boosts from followers).

I’m thinking bandlecity and ionia. Ionia has a number of cards that can protect veigar. Nopify, deny, even return cards to return him to your hand then drop him on the field and produce a darkness card if you already used it. Can even add a couple yasuo as you can use Ionia stun cards to slow down your opponent
I think you will always want his banlde city support cards that influence darkness especially the one that also increases it's damage...but basically i think even not assuming that every region has something it can offer although demacia and noxus probally have the hardest time matching the surviabilty and draw he wants. As for tenor and base i am not sure how well they will work at the 4 mana cost given the stats i would rather have house spider, might have something of a good shot in an impact based deck though. Wizended wizard is interesting as it is so fragile my mind is playing with the idea of it maybe helping make apheliois and the temple work again.

A thing I noted is that Veigar's Event Horizon is double region but regular Event Horizon is not. So you can't main Event Horizon outside Bandle City.

I’m thinking bandlecity and ionia. Ionia has a number of cards that can protect veigar. Nopify, deny, even return cards to return him to your hand then drop him on the field and produce a darkness card if you already used it. Can even add a couple yasuo as you can use Ionia stun cards to slow down your opponent

I think you will always want his banlde city support cards that influence darkness especially the one that also increases it's damage...but basically i think even not assuming that every region has something it can offer although demacia and noxus probally have the hardest time matching the surviabilty and draw he wants.
As for tenor and base i am not sure how well they will work at the 4 mana cost given the stats i would rather have house spider, might have something of a good shot in an impact based deck though.
Wizended wizard is interesting as it is so fragile my mind is playing with the idea of it maybe helping make apheliois and the temple work again.
