First of all "This piece of hair wants to speak to all the managers" made me laugh out loud!! Now, down to business. My hairstylist has been using interchangeable brushes for a while. I have very textured hair - very coarse, sorta curly, very frizzy - and she does the most gorgeous blowouts with those brushes!! Sometimes she leaves them in like rollers when she's giving me "party hair," but otherwise she just easily switches between sizes of brushes for different sections of hair.
Kayley Melissa my hair is hard to curl and stay curled and can be stiff when trying to make buns especially messy buns. I struggle with body on the sides and volume on top.
Yes to both of these!! Especially getting volume at the root. Asians tend to have thick hair (each individual strand is thick) but because of that it can be heavy and weigh down any volume at the root.
I absolutely loved how the big hair looked on both of you. I think it’d be kinda cool if you guys recreated big hairstyles from different 90s character’s
Hey Kayley!! Video idea after rewatching your JVN video and obsessively googling him lol I saw an article with his fave products maybe you could do a video review using all his faves! The oribe was one of his fave mousses!
Me: wow that looks amazingly beautiful va va voom K: I don’t really like it on me Me: oh :( And then AL called her a mom and I was offended, then I remembered I’m a mom lol no wonder I absolutely love it!
I got to the end of Kayley’s bit and I got really sad thinking Anna Laura wasn’t gonna be in the video 🤣got so happy when she came in just so used to her in your videos now, still love you though Kayley 🤣🤦🏼♀️💗
OMG I hope every hair stylist has this. My hairdresser always leaves the round brush in after blow drying and the handle makes it so heavy and uncomfortable. This is pretty genius!
Clicked fast even though I would never be able to do this on my hair! But want to see what it turns out like! I would love to see some hairstyles for girls with side parts- I can’t put my hair in a different parting to my natural one because it looks like my hair is HORRIBLY layered. Also, some methods to curl your hair by plaiting it- I have been struggling to get nice curls with ANY method because I don’t have any hot tools and don’t plan on getting any. 😀😀👌🤗 Sorry that this comment is so long!
This isn't really a braid, but her TikTok curling method video has a really good heartless euro and it's my new go-to! I tend to curl it the way my hair naturally parts, but flip my head over and shake the roots to get more volume. Hope this helped in any way
I remember watching a video on early UA-cam (when videos were still restricted to 10 mins) of a girl doing a similar blow dry with brushes. With handles still attached. I will never forget how impressed I was that she had so many round brushes and was adept enough to work around the handles.
If your leave-in conditionner has a lot of silicones and things like that, you really don't need a heat protector over it, even less so if the styling product you use is also silicone based ("smoothing", "adds shine"). Most heat protectors are basically leave-in conditioners in a lighter form. Some brushing creams and lotions can also act like leave-in conditioners and heat protectors. Basically you don't need to use one product for each fonction.
We do this round brushing method where you lock your brushes in at our salon. We use spornette round brushes which are boar bristle so they really add shine to the hair.
Can you do a series where you recreate the hairstyles from titanic?? I’ve only seen a few and they’re not terribly accurate, I think you’d kill it! ❤️❤️
I'd love a video about second day hair. As someone just getting into hair and wanting my hair to look better, I struggle with second day hair, how to keep second day curls, etc etc. I usually end up brushing it out and putting it up sooo
I actually liked the result on you much better (when it settled a little) in comparison to Anna Laura's because it seemed a little frizzy almost because of the texture from the bristles and I didnt like the ends all puffed up rather than going smoothly in one direction... But it's just personal preference I guess 😊 all in all this would be way to much work for me in my day to day life, even for going out. I'd rather spend the extra hour I would need to create that look with my hubby when we go out than doing all that and wasting limited time on the night out 😏 but that's just me 🙈 but I loved the video and alway like hearing about new products and tools!!
I'm loving the 90s mom hair! I feel like all that volume on long hair would give Victoria's secret vibes. Pleeeeease do a video on wet sets with magnetic rollers💕
It would be cool if they had a button that you pressed, and the brissles retracted into the brush to get them off easier! I've never been able to roll up a round brush and get it off in a way that the volume and curl stays
Anyone remember the hot air brush that had these detachable brush rollers in the 90s? I got my hair sooo tangled with my friend's one at a sleepover, it was highly traumatic.
Can you do a review on the hot round brush dryer thingy? I think it’s Revlon? I’ve seen it everywhere and trust your reviews... my hair products are mainly Kristin Ess because of you ❤️❤️
How does all that product not make her hair greasy I'm south Asian so I have tick black hair and if I leave anything other than a little heat Proctor in my hair will be weighed down and greasy
It looked to me that Anna Laura's hair has a natural wave when wet, or do me eyes deceive me? It would be fun to see her try the curly girl method if that's the case. I also loved this video, a specific example was because you explained the on base thing. I hadn't heard that before.
cmiiw she mentioned in another video that they do have wavy hair but they don't want to commit to the curly girl method because they use heat and bleach their hair, but they have been trying to use less heat :)
I have a fear of round brushes I got one stuck in my hair and it took two hairstylist to cut it out of my hair luckily they were my friends godparents lol 😂🤷🏼♀️
I sometimes put my hair on big curlers overnight and it was so super uncomfortable to sleep in XD Btw the ,,This piece of hair wants to speak to all the managers" made me laugh so hard😂
To be honest I thought the handle of the brush or the brush itself was airdrying from within the brush(like the Revlon one), and that you were not going to need a drier to make things more difficult, because it's pretty pricey if it's only brushes that deattach.
My kitten was being crazy. Leaping at me! It was so funny! So I said “you’re being crazy right now!” Then you said “I feel a little crazy.” That was crazy 😜 timing! LOL 😂
These do seem a lot like velcro rollers - including the hair getting stuck every once in awhile (although I've used them for years and have figured out how to prevent that)... I always hairspray them before taking the rollers out - could work better to keep the curl
So as I was watching the video I kept seeing people talking about the this hair wants to speak to all the managers and omg 😂😂 let me just say I felt your moment of panic for you
Hey, could you guys do a video of how you take care of your hair everyday over the course of a week or something? I used to be an every day hair washerer, but I'm slowly training myself to go longer between washes. I've found that I have no idea what to do on the days in between washes! Like, can/should I use treatments on my hair like leave in conditioner and detangling sprays even on days I haven't washed it? Can I use a dry shampoo everyday, or is that just as bad as washing with regular shampoo everyday?
I got a set of these in my kit for the second year of my hairdressing course last year and I still haven't used them. 😂 Might get them out and try them on my mannequin head.
Oh and, for it to look 90's cool, you have to have layers, like you know, like Rachel from friends. The modern bob don't look as good with this amount of volume I think.
First of all "This piece of hair wants to speak to all the managers" made me laugh out loud!! Now, down to business. My hairstylist has been using interchangeable brushes for a while. That some Texas hair right there, lol
Lol, you said it!
Growing up in Texas, I've heard people say "The higher the hair, the closer to God!" Lmao.......
This is weather girl hair if I've ever seen it. Kayley how's the weekend forecast looking🤣🌞
Yes
You should do a Cher Horowitz hair tutorial
omg PLEASE i’m begging
YES YES YES YES YES
YES PLEASE!!!!
Actually do all the hairstyles from Clueless, that would be amazing
I was not thinking this looked anything like 90s mom. More like Jennifer Anniston in Friends.
I was a teen/young adult in the 90's, this is hair goals! And yes, I am a mom 😊
Same!
We need an Asian hair type tutorial. My hair is so difficult to manage sometimes.
Would love to! Any specific questions / concerns??
Kayley Melissa my hair is hard to curl and stay curled and can be stiff when trying to make buns especially messy buns. I struggle with body on the sides and volume on top.
I have Asian hair too and I always struggle to get any kind of volume or curl close to the root!
Yes to both of these!! Especially getting volume at the root. Asians tend to have thick hair (each individual strand is thick) but because of that it can be heavy and weigh down any volume at the root.
Same!! my hair is pretty thick but really smooth and everything slides off
“This piece of my hair wants to speak to all of the managers” lolll quality content😂
Sis we’re waiting for a Brand Mondo products review
you have convinced me to cut my hair, so i’m cutting it on monday😁😁 i hope it looks good!
Good luck! I’m sure you will love short hair- I love mine!
Cacoa Dentry thanks, i hope so too!!
I’m cutting mine next Monday! Good luck!!
Amanda Harris aww good luck to you too
Maija Lappalainen did you not like it?
I thought the voluminous flip moment on your hair was STUNNING Kayley. Like a full on red carpet retro inspired look!
the 90s blowout is my jam. stoked it's coming back
I absolutely loved how the big hair looked on both of you. I think it’d be kinda cool if you guys recreated big hairstyles from different 90s character’s
I actually loved the result on you! Maybe I’m the only one? 😂🙈
Where are the Regina George's mum references- that was my first tought...
Could this work on long hair? My arms already hurt from the idea
Mine too...
Btw are you hungarian too?
@@Euromans_left_braincell Igen!
@@dianatorok8871 már kezdtem azt hinni, hogy csak én vagyok magyar itt XD
Wow, the brown on your sister looks great!
Holy volume Batgirl
I love her videos they make my day and she is so gorgeous
Kayley!!! I love your videos you never cease to amaze me! Love the content 😍
Hey Kayley!! Video idea after rewatching your JVN video and obsessively googling him lol I saw an article with his fave products maybe you could do a video review using all his faves! The oribe was one of his fave mousses!

Me: oh :(
And then AL called her a mom and I was offended, then I remembered I’m a mom lol no wonder I absolutely love it!
G_Rivera i loved it too
I love it too
Such a fun video to watch, I love your channel
So happy Kayley also tried it. I really like how you both try the same things.
this hair is STUNNING on you!! i love big hair in all forms omg
I got to the end of Kayley’s bit and I got really sad thinking Anna Laura wasn’t gonna be in the video 🤣got so happy when she came in just so used to her in your videos now, still love you though Kayley 🤣🤦🏼♀️💗
Hope everyone has a great day 😊
Thanks you too! 😊
So pleased you tried these brushes!!
I've been thinking about getting these and reviewing them too.
OMG I hope every hair stylist has this. My hairdresser always leaves the round brush in after blow drying and the handle makes it so heavy and uncomfortable. This is pretty genius!
Okay giving me MAJOR Buffy the Vampire Slayer vibes and I was here for it
Clicked fast even though I would never be able to do this on my hair! But want to see what it turns out like!

Goodness this device has the worst autocorrect! *heatless curl
Me too. I never use heat on my hair but I’m still watching the whole thing! 🤣🤣🤣
Meg Redwine mine always changes heatless to heartless lol

I honestly loved this hair style on you, love big bouncy blow dries
We do this round brushing method where you lock your brushes in at our salon. We use spornette round brushes which are boar bristle so they really add shine to the hair.

Maybe it’s my age talking but KM! You look absolutely beautiful with that hairstyle. Wow wow wow.
I love your product reviews so much! thank you!!
Getting a very Heather Locklear in Melrose Place vibes.
I'd love a video about second day hair. As someone just getting into hair and wanting my hair to look better, I struggle with second day hair, how to keep second day curls, etc etc. I usually end up brushing it out and putting it up sooo
Ok, I honestly love this look. Great pageant hair.
I think if you unravel the brush doing a curling motion instead of a straight down motion you might end up with some curl !!!
I wish i was as talented as you💖💖
I love when you two do videos together! :) What color nail polish are you wearing?
This is so incredibly educational 💕💕 I love teacher kayley!!
Honestly... I love it and think it looks cute on Kayley. Not digging how "sticky" the roller brushes seemed to be.
I was so excited about the BIG hair moment and then it fell. 😕 Would absolutely lovelovelove to see a 90's blowout tutorial!!
Straight fine hair here o/ that’s the hair of my dreams !!! I’ve always wanted the big big hair
@KayleyMelissa girl I envy you both you have each other and your connection, you are so full of joy together
I'm getting major DJ Tanner vibes right now, but older DJ Tanner, like high school.
Jessey Cook Yes or Topanga!
Cheryl Kolatorowicz I didn’t even think of Topanga but yeah!!
I have really straight hair/ slightly heavy and it never holds a curl. Product you recommend??
Loving ana laura's hair color! So pretty!! ❤
I need this in my life 😂😂 My hair is flatter than my chest these days
I actually liked the result on you much better (when it settled a little) in comparison to Anna Laura's because it seemed a little frizzy almost because of the texture from the bristles and I didnt like the ends all puffed up rather than going smoothly in one direction... I love a good blowout. I need to blow dry my hair more. If I dont, i look like a wet poodle, which is about 80 percent of the time.
I'm loving the 90s mom hair! I feel like all that volume on long hair would give Victoria's secret vibes. Pleeeeease do a video on wet sets with magnetic rollers💕

How does all that product not make her hair greasy
I'm south Asian so I have tick black hair and if I leave anything other than a little heat Proctor in my hair will be weighed down and greasy
Kayley's the cutest thing when she's explaining something and she makes the little tent with her fingers, lol.
Happy Friday all
Anyone else getting intense Clueless vibes from the outfit and hair?! Love the video ❤
It looked to me that Anna Laura's hair has a natural wave when wet, or do me eyes deceive me? It would be fun to see her try the curly girl method if that's the case.

I got an early 90's Heather Locklear vibe.
Love your videos. Very informative. Were they heavy on your head and did they feel secure? Thank you
It's very.. Fox News
HAHA THIS COMMENT WINS FOR ME
Deadddddd!!
Anna-Laura MUST try next! Can you imagine. CAN YOU!
Edit: I didn't wait long enough but GASP. I COULD NOT IMAGINE IT. I can't even with Anna-Laura.
The volume looks good on u
I have a fear of round brushes I got one stuck in my hair and it took two hairstylist to cut it out of my hair luckily they were my friends godparents lol 😂🤷🏼♀️
Tell us please why you think hair can start falling tremendously from the root 😔 and what to do about it
Spray gel gives so much better hold! X
By the end of the video kayley looks like Cameron Diaz! Cute
I sometimes put my hair on big curlers overnight and it was so super uncomfortable to sleep in XD
Btw the ,,This piece of hair wants to speak to all the managers" made me laugh so hard😂
That’s a genius idea
Kayley where is your link necklace from in this video? Its so pretty!! xx
Kayley literally looks like Meredith Blake from The Parent Trap with that hair!!!

I’d love to see if you have any tips or hairstyles for curly hair people!!
Oh and, for it to look 90's cool, you have to have layers, like you know, like Rachel from friends. The modern bob don't look as good with this amount of volume I think.
First! Love your videos! ❤️ 💇🏼♀️
Omg I'm watching this video and my boyfriend is in the room taking a nap and your squeal woke him up I about died laughing lol
Hi!
Ok but Anna Laura looks like a model in the final look!!!
I know you touched on it, but can you do a tutorial on how to use the octocurl?
Hi! Would you ever open your own salon?! P.S. love your videos!!
I'm trying to find if you have a full air dry routine video. If not, this is my official request.🙂
Haha 90s mom hair. So true!
I NEED THESE!!!! ❤️
I love using hot rollers fun great curls!😁😍
Reminds me of Reese Witherspoon in Little Fires Everywhere
Can you please test out the xmondohair wave tech wave foam and salty sea salt spray? I want to know how well it works!
omg...Anna Laura really stuck her whole head into the freezer! XD XD
