    This TFT Therapy is freakin' amazing. Been having issues with jawpain/teeth grinding and pain was a 9. Did this video trice a.m. & p.m. and now pain is about a 2. WHOAH!! And I seriously have tried everything. Just have to have patience and push through.

    Thank you with love for producing this video. I did this once and as I type I can feel
    a comforting yet subtle energy moving throughout my entire torso. Yes, I do feel a
    reduction in my shingles pain but more over a sense of body wellbeing. This is going
    to be my go-to morning exercise. 💖

    I think Julie is the best TFT practitioner on UA-cam, every time I have tapped along with her I always get great results. I have had a really sore hand due to RSI for over a week now, and some how managed to forget to try TFT for it . My pain started off at a 7 and after 2 rounds of this Tapping algorithm it is now down to a 3 or a 4............ so I will definitely do this again over the next day or so ............... Thank you so much for sharing these wonderful videos Julie, they are greatly appreciated ! :)

    Synchronicity is so amazing 😻 I was thinking about what do I do about the pain from an internal tear in my hip area. although I was looking for a UA-cam video with relaxing music for yoga. Yet this video was the first thing I saw when I opened the YT app. I decided to give it a try and noticed a pretty good reduction with one round; pain went from a 7 to a 4 with one round. I am down loading this video to use daily and sharing with others. Thanks for sharing this really helpful technique.

    Just wanted to say thank you so much for your help. I am going through the menopause and the hot flashes are really painful in my feet, chest and I also have a tention headache. I use icepacks for my feet in the evening to cool them down.
    I did your TFT tapping and all the pain went away. I will be using your TFT tapping for any other blocks that I have in the future.

    This is somewhat similar to EFT that I have done. I tried it on my right knee and hip discomfort that I have been experiencing for a few weeks. It worked! Thank you!

      Hi Suzanne! That's great it helped relieve your discomfort. I'm so glad. Yes, EFT is similar in ways to TFT. EFT came from TFT. The man who started it was first trained in TFT by Dr. Roger Callahan. There are many off-shoots of TFT, one of the most well-known is EFT.

    Yes it works.
    I find a different sequence as in the standard one karate chop, eyebrow, side of the eye, under the eye, under the nose, under the mouth, collarbone, under the arm and top of the head.

      I listen to you several times a day to get through my pain especially at night. I have diagnosis of pemphigus vulgaris since Jan 2022 an working on remission is my positive intent. Pain is raw skin. Ten levels many days.

      @@susanagonzalez7495 I had a skin condition that was very painful a few years ago. It was no fun, but tapping helped me too. Especially with the fear and stress about it, which helped my body to ease and relax more. There were other things I needed to do to heal the skin condition (change my diet, take supplements), but TFT supported me greatly throughout the healing journey.       Hi jodal38, for tinnitus I would recommend working with an advanced TFT practitioner so you can receive specific help. There is not a general tapping sequence that is for tinnitus, although you may benefit from using the TFT Trauma Relief Technique to clear away stress that may be contributing to disharmony in your body, mind, and emotions.     This was one of many videos that came up when I did a search for tapping for shoulder pain. I was an 8 when I started and now I would say between a 6-7. I plan on doing it a few more times. If the shoulder pain was caused by a specific event/trauma, then you could also do the Trauma Relief Technique while focusing on healing from that trauma. tfttraumarelief.org/video-demo/english/ You can also use this technique for releasing any fear or stress you might have about the shoulder pain. And feel free to repeat this pain relief tapping as often as needed.

    What distinguishes eft and tft from each other? Are they interchangeable? Complimentary or just similar but different?

      Hi Isa, TFT is the original tapping method, discovered and developed by Dr. Roger Callahan. From it came many other tapping methods, such as EFT. EFT gives people one tapping sequence to use for everything. TFT has more specific tapping sequences for a variety of focuses, plus practitioners trained in the advanced level can diagnose specific tapping sequences for a person. So you can receive more personalized sequences, which usually get you where you want to go faster. Plus TFT includes other techniques such as the collarbone breathing exercise and psychological reversal corrections, which can make a huge difference in the effectiveness of tapping. You could definitely use both TFT and EFT. I use TFT, but I know people who have greatly benefited from EFT, too. Use what works best for you.

As you increase your emotional and mental balance and wellbeing, it will support your body's wellbeing. Also, the tapping exercise in this video is a general TFT algorithm/sequence that is for pain relief. While general tapping sequences work about 80% of the time and are highly effective, occasionally a more specific tapping sequence is needed.       @@TapIntoNow A plethora of things but I'll start with my concern on spasms. I have already seeked help from GPs and natural health people here in the UK but to no success. I have some 'calm' moments but then get flare ups of spasms alongside the many other unbearable sensations. I have tried tapping also but yet to notice.
      As a female, that time of the month is further severely bad than for your average lady meaning 5 days of every month are increasingly wasted away due to being unable to do much at all.
      I practice mindfulness amongst other spiritual as well as real-world,practical techniques but often the pain & fatigue takes over my own control. Sorry to bother you but trust me this is a very condensed & brief in comparison to my usual comments, emails, messages etc.
      I am currently unemployed and only study two singular,basic,schoolchild level courses,despite being a mid 20s adult.
      My diet is very balanced, I would say I sleep more than enough as I am not in work, not in full time education,not a parent,not married etc and try to walk a lot but I never feel any fitter!
      I do have a lot of stress - which quite frankly is more than what the sum of a large busy family would endure over a lifetime, but since I get no social help,nor have any friends I have to just deal with it.
      It's not nice having an unproductive life, especially when all my peers are graduated, in good jobs, travelling the world, driving, enjoying life and I am stuck here.
      Believe me I do count blessings though, abundantly.
      I hate complaining but life has been quite cha so I almost feel entitled to a better quality of life. Health really is abundant wealth.
      I appreciate people like yourself who go out of their way to dedicate free resources online.

      Hello GM, Tapping won't always work for everything. For example, if you break a bone, you'll want to see a doctor about this. You wouldn't just tap for it. Please make sure to take responsibility for your own well-being. We suggest getting the advice of your physician or another qualified professional with any questions you may have regarding your condition.       I have tension head aches, tmj it does nothing for this at all, if it works for pain, then it should work on that, its that simple. physical pain where nothing is structually wrong.
      Seems the same as EFT, I tried that for 3months and nothing and that was using gary craig dvds, quite in depth, I think it made the pain worse with all the taping ha.
      I love trying this stuff and have tried most things, i am very open to trying new things........ but I have found in 20 years..... that none of it works at all on pain, not the curable app, or sarno method, meditation, CBD and the list goes on.
