This was really well done. I have found it to be true that I feel more free and more focused owning fewer items. My husband and I have been married for 29 years. I began decluttering at least five years ago, so our attics and crawl space are empty. We have a few items of ours in the basement, as well as boxes of items that belong to our kids, some of whom haven't quite settled into their adult lives. But what still "hangs over my head", so to say, are the five bins of family photos on a closet shelf. They are organized for the most part, but I need to do a final purge, which will be very time consuming. I'm planning to pick out the best, scan them, and order some photo books. My kids and grandkids will have less to deal with when I'm gone, and will enjoy going through the books. I'll feel much lighter after this job is done. Thanks for linking to John and Stuart! I'm subscribing to both!
I love the "making photo books" approach! My mom was photo obsessed and I was always raised to NEVER throw out photos, even if it is a blurry photo of someone's neighbor dressed up for a halloween party...it has taken a lot, but I am finally down to one small box of loose photos and all of them that matter to me are in books. So rewarding to have them put together in a way that makes them accessible.
I feel my space is cleaner more often because there was less clutter. It technically is as “dirty” as it always was. I still only clean the space as frequently as I always did. However, the space itself looked less cluttered. The reason for this was twofold. First, I had decluttered a lot so there was just less “stuff” that kept a permanent home in most areas. But 2nd, the amount of clutter that I left in each space that didn’t belong there was less because since there was less permanent clutter in each area, it made my accidental “clutter” more obvious. For example, my keys belong in an area in my bedroom. But sometimes I put them down on my dining room table when I walk into my house. I also sometimes put down the mail on this table. Since decluttering this space, it is very obvious when I walk into this room if I leave my keys or mail in this space. It screams - These don’t belong here! Where belong when I hadn’t decluttered they were just part of the clutter in the room.
This is why I keep losing things! I want to instantly declutter, even though I know it isn't possible. But that's one of the things that puts me off - the slow process. Yet, if I had started this when I first found out about decluttering, I would be living a more organized and harmonious life - right now! There's no time like the present!
Love Ron’s chart...definitely been my experience...starting to become more minimal...then came less waste...more yoga...started a blog...eating healthier...gratitude journaling - it’s amazing how those things just happened organically.
I love your videos. I recently started decluttering. I have watched a lot of videos. They have helped me so much. I have donated at least 30 trash bags full. I got rid of the trash also. The more I get rid of the more I want to get rid of. I feel so happy now. My apartment looks so much better and bigger. I have 2 large closets to do next. I am on a roll. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.
It's a fun journey! I hope you enjoy it. Take your time, there is no hurry. Be smart about how you declutter, you could have value in most things you own and could sell them, also you can donate them and hand them down to friends/family. xx
I thoroughly enjoyed this video Sarah: and pardon me if I’m repeating myself: i moved out of home at 17 I have just turned 45: that’s 28 years of boarder line hoarding; I’d move it from house to house. I had my children late (5 and 7) and as you know I’m moving. You have helped me immensely. I have been able to go back over the house to even further de clutter (can you believe!?) anyway the sad truth is: having so much stuff so much clutter and such a huge house to fill with all of that: really took away from what matters most to me: my children: I was always busy cleaning and dealing with clutter: I deeply regret this: what my children needed from me most was quality time and a happy Mother: I can’t undo the past: but here’s to new beginnings as I’m now after much hard physical work and soul searching: ready to start reaping the benefits of letting go of mental/physical clutter and start enjoying the people and activities etc that matter to me the most!
That has been a main thing for me, I didn't want items in my home that are a pain to dust. For example, I was using a bookshelf for a tv stand, and all those pieces were so time consuming to dust. I decided a tv stand where everything is stored inside and nothing but the tv on top was much easier on me and the look/feel of the room!
Great video. I love the silence idea and being in the moment idea. After finally decluttering I can now sit in complete silence without thoughts of "things I need to do" cluttering my mind and what's left is happiness and joy which I was never able to even recognize because I was overwhelmed with clutter.
This weekend, on Feb 9, the day before my 50th birthday, I experienced a Tibetan Bowl Ceremony. It was the greatest decluttering I have ever achieved. I released guilt and doubt from my youth and from the years raising my children. This was an area that seemed to be impossible to get rid of; yet, I finally was able. Sara, thank you for helping me to release some much of my physical clutter over the last two years which helped create the energy to complete this last area of decluttering/cleansing.
I started this process a couple months ago. Got rid of quite a bit. I thought I was done but frankly there is still too much stuff. I find myself re-evaluating my activities in the past 9 years, which i enjoyed tremendously but now I feel I changed. I no longer feel the same desire I had and want to extend minimalism in my gardening style, less plants, more uniformity and focus points with empty space in between. I also want to let go of a whole bunch of files and the filing cabinet. Since I started this process I became more creative, I picked-up painting. I always felt like I could not draw or paint and now I spend countless hours developing my skills. I really enjoy discarding the unnecessary. I enjoy spaciousness like it is silence. I used to always have noise on but no more. 🙏
thank you so much! This is SO HELPFUL. I've only just started to declutter, and I am already feeling some of the benefits the three of you are speaking about. Your three styles are complimentary! Thank you so much!
Another benefit that I have noticed as I have improved at decluttering is that I can run my household more efficiently because I know what is actually in my house. When I have a small household problem I can ask myself "Do I have something on hand that can solve this problem?" As I think it over I am much better at coming up with a solution because I know what is at my disposal and where everything is. When things are super cluttered you find yourself going out to buy things you don't really need because you forgot you already had something similar that would work.
Great tips. I’ve spent all day picking up in different rooms. I don’t feel like I can tell I’ve done anything. I often think if I lost everything it would save me having to make decisions and I could start again. I’m very sad Stuart doesn’t have a channel any more. I so enjoyed listening to him.
I am in awe at this collaboration. All three of you are such great speakers with such insight into the topic. Ron and Stuart weren't on my radar but I'm off to check them out! Time for myself and my family was what drew me to minimalism. We had too many toys, books and just THINGS that I thought were needed to make happy memories, but those were in fact preventing us from our goal. Being in the present is something I still need to work on. I think it's more of a mental clutter for me in that I have trouble saying no but I'm working on it. Thank you, thank you so much for your message! I need to now watch it again 😂
Amazing collaboration! Can’t wait to check out more content from Ron’s and Stuart’s channels. Both guys have such an interesting view on minimalism, very spiritual. For me minimalism was the way to let go all intrusive and obsessive thoughts after losing someone from my life. I literally decluttered my mind and spirit. Beautiful experience ❤️
I think we sometimes need to be careful about the concept of "minimalism"... particularly if we grew up with some form of early deprivation /austerity.. (My mother died suddenly when I was a young child..) As part of my healing journey I progressed from making "small polite paintings" in my professional Art practice, to re-training as a sculptor, which is much bigger, needs more equipment, & causes me & my work to take up more space in the world.. The reverse of reducing down to minimalism.
I feel like I can breathe and rest so much easier in my space when it's not cluttered. And when my kitchen is clean I have much more creativity! It has saved me so much money using what I already have!
This was an excellent video! I have subscribed to both of your guests' channels. Having gone through a house fire, I can out of it realizing that everything is temporary, nothing is permanent. I love the minimalism/spiritual connection.
@Stuart Carter Our fire was about 14 years ago and I'm an adult. It changed a lot of things. It must have been devastating as a child to go through that.
The "after you've decluttered" is what keeps me going. I love listening to videos about the negative effets of clutter as well as to the benefits of decluttering to motivate me. Thanks for sharing this, and I've followed Ron as well.
I enjoyed your tips as always but I loved seeing Ron and Stuart’s too. I love checking out other minimalism channels I’ll have to watch their videos now too 🌻🌻
Thank you. I u so much . Just came across the video. I have started decutting this weekend. I started small with my dinner room table. I didn’t want to get overwhelmed. A lot of things resonated with me, especially about the mental cutter I am dealing with. I am going to keep the process going. Again, thank you 😊😊
Hooray 😊! I have been following you for quite a while. I like your practical approach to minimalism. It helps to keep me grounded in my journey. I've also been following Ron for a few weeks..... It took longer for him to hit my UA-cam radar, so I am very pleased that you're bringing more awareness to his channel. I like to get a variety of approaches to find what works best for me. I don't know that I am quite ready to face Stuart's path, but I think I may find it valuable in the future so thanks for the introduction. I am a 3rd (probably more) generation hoarder and having a mother who grew up in the war and very environmentally conscious my upbringing was about holding on to the things that could be useful, preventing waste, being frugal and future proofing my existence. It was quite a mindset to overcome. I still use these core values but try to apply them in a less materialistic way. Though my mother still struggles with this occasionally, she is also on a decluttering journey based on the Swedish Death cleaning method so we support each other with our different approaches.
@Stuart Carter I do🙂. I appreciate your incorporation of the spiritual injecting another aspect for a more holistic approach. I simply have too many challenges already to add to my plate atm and I have found that such a deep exploration of self and spirituality can bring up a can of worms that I simply would not have the strength to deal with at this point in my journey. Thank you for the reply and implied support ☺️
I follow Ron already (love his smile) but didn't know Stuart. Completely fell in love with in 10 seconds. He has such a calm way of speaking. Great collab :-)
I loooove love love what Ron is saying !! He truly tells what minimalism truly is not just a aesthetic or a "trend". I also love Stuart and how he talks about our idealized self vs our authentic self . So good
Wow! Your video came up in my feed and I’m delighted! I am on a journey to less physical and mental clutter and this video was so helpful! I’m clicking subscribe now and then I’m off to check the channels of your amazing guests! Thank you!
Hey! You guys are great together. Every tip is beneficial to me. I can finally say " I'm really on that powerful journey" lol. Enjoyed this video. Peace.
I started decluttering during lockdown a 2 bedroom apart and ended up throwing/recycling at least 50% of my stuff. After lockdown i continued drawer by drawer until all the house was done.I found a new place a smaller place where i feel way better and moved only the stuff that made the cut.I still declutter each Sunday and it's amazing how much more stuff I still have to give away/recycle.Like u said in the video i was holding on to stuff that I considered I might still use but ended up not so I went ahead and let it go.I still have so much to do before I am a true minimalist but so happy with the progress.
I loved this video! Such great tips. I also loved your two guests- I will be subscribing to them also. Thank you!! I have had the urge to do another round of decluttering but I’ve been doing it for so long now that the decisions are becoming a little more tricky. I do get excited when I come upon an item that I once thought I couldn’t live without, and suddenly I realize I don’t need it at all! Such a great feeling.
I know I need to declutter but I often think about items or things I have especially from people who are no longer here or in my life. However I feel that letting go of things that were moments in my life, then I’ll be sorry that I let it go. I’m a sentimental person and I do often feel trapped and not wanting to let go of a happier time in my life. I’m battling stage 4 metastatic breast cancer, and it’s a little scary for me to let go of those things and or moments that are never gonna be in my life again. Bottom line, letting go is difficult for me. Thank you for this video 🙏🏼💜🌹
Thank you so much for sharing, Lisa. Sentimental items can be such a challenge, especially for items from those who are no longer with us. Sometimes I like to think about keeping a few more significant items from loved ones or time periods in life rather than everything, because then I feel like I am able to celebrate them more and put more emphasis on each of those items.
Great video! I appreciate your holistic approach to minimalism: Physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Kudos to you and your guests. Very well done! Thank you!
Hi am back I've got cancer so been really poorly well I had breast cancer but now have liver cancer so I've been in hospital catching up when I can us as a family feel carmer and its not stressful tidying up and love reading which I have more time to do it we've got to be careful not to bring back new stuff in some things are hard to get rid of I got rid of a coat that my mam bought me I've only worn it once but I didn't want it so I had to be hard and sent it to the charity so someone else can wear it its worth it so worth it I feel poorly but not over whelmed no more when I'm at home its warm peacful and more space its a fantastic feeling take care xx
Michelle, Hi! I was watching this minimalist video and read your comment. I'm very sorry for your illness, and I do pray that you get well and soon. You sound so strong. Keep the faith. Lots of love and peace to you always. XOXO ❤️❤️❤️
Hi Michelle, I had lumpectomy 8 weeks ago, please check into keto lifestyle especially for cancer. Please watch. ua-cam.com/video/cSperg-r-9ry/v-deo.html. Keto lifestyle vs cancer.
Loved the video. I just subscribed to your guests channels too. The clock is very distracting. I found myself watching the numbers change instead of listening to what was being said. I watched the video twice.
These are the videos I needed! I listened to kon mari audiobook in 2017 and decluttered/tidied my whole apt and belongings in storage at my family’s home but now minimizing again. This time tackling much deeper issues w my belongings as I streamline/let go of those items I was attached to but not serving me etc. I’m going slow but I’ve done a great job over past 6weeks. I have to be proud of my progress abd not judge that I can’t snap my fingers and be a minimalist.. Others would have said we/I was already but my closet said otherwise🌸
@@AbundantlyMinimal just found this recent reply because I wanted to talk about living in the present. I have photos in a small box & my college degree, most pictures now are sent from son on grandkids( grown now), then I just save in Google photos. I don't even look at the pics in the box for 20\30 years because I will get sad longing for past times or people. I have 3 pics on mantle of parents, grandparents, sister_all passed, but that's good enough for me__ if I go to that box, it would be too much. The mantle is enough..sometimes I just say -I love you, miss you💜. People like my house because I don't have stuff and clutter!! Take care_ enjoy__from Northern California..beautiful weather🌴😅🚙. Betty
I wanted to come and say thank you for introducing us to Ron & Stuart. I have been binge watching their video's & enjoying every one of them. Thank you, Sarah.
Great video. I have been subscribed to Ron's channel for a while now, but had not heard of Stuart. I will check out his channel; thank you for the introduction!
Hi Sarah. Very interesting. Good vibes from Ron 😀. In simple terms, cluttered mind = cluttered space or clear space = clear mind. I've also seen clutter as a way for people to avoid dealing with mental & emotional declutter. I'm thankful that your decluttering and minimalism journey has lead to more videos from you 💙 TFS
Hi Sarah, it's so refreshing to come back to your channel. I'm quite a bit behind but I'm glad you upload consistently! Your time management is absolutely admirable. I've been pretty AWOL because I work 40+ hours, go to college ALMOST full time and just recently got approved for my first apartment so I've been decluttering, buying necessary things and packing like crazy! Hope things are going well for you, sending you all of my most positive vibes from Iowa. My warmest regards, Vasi.
Hi Sarah. Hope you and Jake are well. Thank you so much, once again for another great video. Enjoyed Ron and Stuart's videos too and have subscribed. I totally agree with you about getting rid of things not on the first go. I have gone back to things, not straight away, but when I have, I have wondered why on earth I was keeping it and have put it into the donate or recycling pile! Sometimes it's the third or fourth time I have gone back! I had a weigh in on Monday and have lost 19kg since last March! So I am over the moon. I still have a long way to go. I am classing the weight loss as part of my decluttering and eating much better now. I did what Stuart did and gave up alcohol last March too. My liver has been improving. The cause of my NAFLD was not through alcohol though, but through prescription medications that were prescribed by my Doctor for over twenty years for many ailments. I gave up all meds last March too Stuart! I do agree about doing things you love without feeling guilty. I love reading and making cards, but only read for a short while at night in bed before I go to sleep. I havent made a card for months. I hope to get back to it soon when I have decluttered lots more!! I do so believe in the Angels. I learnt how to Reiki myself and do agree with Stuart about what you believe in. I even ask them to find us a parking space sometimes and cannot believe how it works! Positive thinking is a good thing, if you can. Reiki taught me to get rid of negative thoughts, people and things from all aspects of my life. It's not always possible for everyone all of the time though. Silence is good too. If I am on my own, I never have music or the TV on now. It is so true, we have many mementos from events like holidays! Why?? I dont know! I liked what Ron said too. I am pretty much a vegetarian now, but can honestly see myself becoming a vegan at some point in the near future. I do think I need to try to live without milk, cheese and eggs. And finally, I am really hoping that I will be able to live more in the present once I have decluttered some more. We miss out on so much. So if you havent fallen asleep with my comments, Sarah, I would just like to thank you once again for everything. Take care. Love Deb xx
Great video 👍 I have been following Ron for a while and he has been very helpful with my journey. I never heard of Stuart but I will definitely check him out. Overall it was a great video and I would have loved to be apart of it. Thanks and keep up the great work.
Thank u ❣️ it was so helpful 😊 I'm still working on decluttering, but Im starting to feel those things u said, thank u all, God bless u and keep working and helping people 💪💕
Loved the second guy, the way he speaks is so inviting and gentle. Gonna check out his channel! Having less stuff definitely makes me feel much calmer, however I am still working being in the present. I think that’s more about what the first guy said about decluttering your mind.
Great video! And really loved Ron and Stuart`s participation. I am in my way to get minimalist and this is really valuable to me. Thank you so much! I will check Ron and Stuart´s content right away. Cheers!
I love your videos and so glad I found your channel. I really like Ron‘s and Stuart’s tips as well. It’s too bad Stuart cancelled his channel. He was really relaxing to listen to.
It has def made room for more hobbies and creativity. And yes. Organically as if flowers just kind of keep springing up out of the ground. Lol. Also integrating it with my home life. Just enjoying refinishing my furniture and painting various things around here and making it a lot more “me” and every time I use the piece of furniture or enter a room I worked on, I feel a lot more pride in all my “handiwork.” And it’s just like more and more positive reinforcement about more and more better or more “suitable for me” possibilities. Lol. It sure beats looking at a bunch of clutter and feeling bad about that all the time. The hobbies also just naturally become more fun than sitting around scrolling all the time on social media or binging on tv and so on.
Ron’s first point really made me smile because I’ve been trying to apply this to myself recently. We often underestimate the power of how our mindset/mental health effects our well-being. I feel more inspired now to write down my own thoughts on this topic on my blog 🙂
A few years late here... But this is a great video!! Learning about my mess :) and on a side note the Stewart guy, he's got an awesome voice that would be great to listen to bedtime stories.
Thank you for introducing us to these two guys. I guess I’ve always thought decluttering was a woman’s work. Probably dates me ( I am old) and also probably a “female chauvinist” 😄) I’m subscribing to each of them. . I love silence. Divine guidance gives me peace, knowing that my life is in His hands.
Let’s say you go to Niagara Falls. Souvenirs are big like at any place you visit. So you get flags, snow globes, etc. Now with iPhones you can take great pictures of the place and some with family and friends. It gives you more pleasure when you look back at the photos. You might even have a couple that you want to frame . If you need to buy I limit it to one item that I am pretty sure I can use.
This has to be my all time favorite collaboration and I loved the filming style too. I found Ron’s channel a couple of weeks ago and was blown away by his content. Stuart’s channel sounds amazing too and I will definitely subscribe. Thank you for sharing these new creators with us. BTW where did you find that clock, I’ve been on the hunt for one like that. I’m trying to get better at leaving my phone out of the bedroom but it’s my only clock!
"I have fought that the less stuff I own, the less I have to lose" wow. This really drives home the hoarding mindset as the other end of the spectrum, which I fell into head first. It was very confusing as I'd adjusted been thr polar opposite, obsessively organized.
Yay! Thanks, Stuart! I would not consider myself a trained photographer by any means, but I had wondered about if I was practicing the rule of thirds! :)
Decluttering Playlist should always include "give it away" by red hot chili peppers 🤣🤣🤣
Haha that would be a great addition!
🤭
🤣😂🤣😂🤣
They were cool, then seduced by Hollywood. "The city, she loves me.." 🙄
I feel mentally and spiritually liberated when I declutter (donate items).
My Buddhist practices help me let go of stuff.
That is one of the best feelings!
Jesus says the same; lace behind your worldly possessions and follow Him~ in essence, anything holding you down spiritually ♥️🙏
Simplifying your inner world. Finally! I hear someone talk about it. Thank you!
I'm glad this video was helpful, Sarah!

These are great insights, Alexa! I can relate to when something is out of place and it becomes a lot more clear when there are fewer things.
I clean more frequently than I did before. It's so much easier to do it when you don't have so much to move or get around.
This is why I keep losing things!

You are so sweet, Kas! Your progress is amazing!
This is story of so many of us.
It’s so true about the “what if everything got burned or stolen”. Those thoughts have run in my mind and I thought it was just me.
Nope, not just you at all! Thanks, Melissa!
If it needs dusting I don't need it
I love that idea, Deborah!
Deborah O'Neal funny! And I’m allergic to dust. Literally, no joking.
Totally concur!
That has been a main thing for me, I didn't want items in my home that are a pain to dust. For example, I was using a bookshelf for a tv stand, and all those pieces were so time consuming to dust. Omg I hate dusting, that's actually a great tip!!

I totally understand. Try taking some "before" photos, then it will be easier to see your progress over time!
I'm so happy to hear this, Wendy! Thank you!
The name frugal minimalist makes me press like...☺
Amazing collaboration!
Thank you so much! I hope you enjoy their channels!
Mental clutter is so satisfying to purge!! I always feel so refreshed.
I think we sometimes need to be careful about the concept of "minimalism"... particularly if we grew up with some form of early deprivation /austerity.. (My mother died suddenly when I was a young child..)
As part of my healing journey I progressed from making "small polite paintings" in my professional Art practice, to re-training as a sculptor, which is much bigger, needs more equipment, & causes me & my work to take up more space in the world..
The reverse of reducing down to minimalism.
Very satisfying collaboration that takes into account other things we don't tend to think of often.
Thank you so much!
This was a great video, thank you. I have been finding decluttering really helpful lately in giving me much more mental clarity.
I feel like I can breathe and rest so much easier in my space when it's not cluttered. And when my kitchen is clean I have much more creativity! It has saved me so much money using what I already have!
That is a wonderful feeling!
This was an excellent video! I have subscribed to both of your guests' channels. Having gone through a house fire, I can out of it realizing that everything is temporary, nothing is permanent. I love the minimalism/spiritual connection.
Thank you, Debbie! I'm sorry to hear you had to go through a house fire.
@Stuart Carter Our fire was about 14 years ago and I'm an adult. It changed a lot of things. It must have been devastating as a child to go through that.
Wow Sarah! What a surprise! I am a big fan of Ron! So happy you guys have met!
Yes! That is awesome! :)
The "after you've decluttered" is what keeps me going. I love listening to videos about the negative effets of clutter as well as to the benefits of decluttering to motivate me. Thanks for sharing this, and I've followed Ron as well.
You are so welcome, Diana! I'm happy to hear that you got so much out of this video!
I enjoyed your tips as always but I loved seeing Ron and Stuart’s too. I love checking out other minimalism channels I’ll have to watch their videos now too 🌻🌻
I'm so happy it was helpful, Mariela! :)
So excited when in the intro you mentioned Ron Banks! Adore him!!! 🥰
Thank you. I u so much . Just came across the video. I have started decutting this weekend. I started small with my dinner room table. I didn’t want to get overwhelmed. A lot of things resonated with me, especially about the mental cutter I am dealing with. I am going to keep the process going. Again, thank you 😊😊
You are so welcome! I'm happy that this video was helpful!
De cluttering has taken so much stress out of my life and packing to go on holiday has only taken half the time it used to do.
I'm so happy to hear that, Margaret!
Thank you for sharing, Cerridwen! I'm so happy my videos have been helpful for you!
Thank you! They are both so talented!
that reflection on mental and emotional clutter was key!
Hi Sarah, This was a great video.
I already am a follower of Ron's
videos. Will check out Stuart as
well. Ron is is super guy with a
great voice.
Thank you!
I loooove love love what Ron is saying !! He truly tells what minimalism truly is not just a aesthetic or a "trend". I also love Stuart and how he talks about our idealized self vs our authentic self . So good
Agreed! Thanks, Amanda!
Wow! Your video came up in my feed and I’m delighted! I am on a journey to less physical and mental clutter and this video was so helpful! I’m clicking subscribe now and then I’m off to check the channels of your amazing guests! Thank you!
Thank you for your kind words, Nicole! I'm so happy to hear the video was helpful, and wish the best on your journey! :)
I resonated to so much with Stuart's points, thank you for the shout out!
You are very welcome!
love your new "backdrop" my dear! suits you so well, simple, light, bright, green
Thank you so much! I'm glad you liked it!
Ron’s voice is so calming.
Agreed!
Hey! You guys are great together. Every tip is beneficial to me. I can finally say " I'm really on that powerful journey" lol. Enjoyed this video. Peace.
Yay! I am so happy to hear that! Thank you!
My first time watching your site. Very much enjoyed you and your guests.
I'm glad you're here, Tracey!
I'm so happy to hear that!
Well done to all three of you. You all spoke SO SO well! You are all so easy to listen to. Thank you!
Thank you so much! I am glad you enjoyed the video!
Great video! I appreciate your holistic approach to minimalism: Physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Kudos to you and your guests. Very well done! Thank you!
Thank you so much! I'm happy to hear this!
Hi Michelle! It is so great to hear from you, although I am sorry to hear about your cancer. I'll be keeping you in my thoughts!
Michelle, Hi! I was watching this minimalist video and read your comment. I'm very sorry for your illness, and I do pray that you get well and soon. You sound so strong. Keep the faith. Lots of love and peace to you always. XOXO ❤️❤️❤️
Here's wishing you a speeeeeeeedddyyyy recovery!!!!!!
Hi Michelle, I had lumpectomy 8 weeks ago, please check into keto lifestyle especially for cancer. Please watch. ua-cam.com/video/cSperg-r-9ry/v-deo.html. Keto lifestyle vs cancer.
Wishing you the best. ❤️
Loved the video. I just subscribed to your guests channels too. The clock is very distracting. I found myself watching the numbers change instead of listening to what was being said. I watched the video twice.
Thank you for your feedback, Susan! I already filmed next week's video using the same set-up, but I will keep that in mind for future videos.
The clock mesmerizes. Focus. Unfocused. Focus. Unfocused. Almost hypnotic. :)
@@AbundantlyMinimal Your ability to accept feedback with grace is wonderful. Then you can do what is best for you.
I thought it was the price of the plant 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
These are the videos I needed! I listened to kon mari audiobook in 2017 and decluttered/tidied my whole apt and belongings in storage at my family’s home but now minimizing again. This time tackling much deeper issues w my belongings as I streamline/let go of those items I was attached to but not serving me etc. I’m going slow but I’ve done a great job over past 6weeks. I have to be proud of my progress abd not judge that I can’t snap my fingers and be a minimalist.. Others would have said we/I was already but my closet said otherwise🌸
Slow and steady is what yields lasting change! Keep it up!
What the guy in the gray sweater said really touched me, so inspiring
I wanted to come and say thank you for introducing us to Ron & Stuart. I have been binge watching their video's & enjoying every one of them. Thank you, Sarah.
Yay! I am so happy to hear that! You are very welcome, Kim!
Fantastic vid! So much truth! Thanks for introducing these 2 amazing humans to your viewers!
Thank you so much, Eden!
Great video. I have been subscribed to Ron's channel for a while now, but had not heard of Stuart. I will check out his channel; thank you for the introduction!
I am Jane same here!
That is awesome! :)
Very Useful Video 💟
Thank you, Sandra! I agree with everything you said!
I just discovered this video. I would of loved to experience more of Stuart's take on things. I understand our path moving to new things.
Thank you 🙏 I look forward to adding meaningful activities that have been crowded out by clutter.
That’s so interesting I’ve known and studied this for a while. But, it’s still so cool and interesting after all these years! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for being here!
I keep staring at the clock instead of listening... Anyone else who does that? Feels like being back at school...
She's actually a teacher so I found this kind of funny.
Not until you mentioned it 😒
Yeh me too hahaha
Where do you get it I was staring at it too.
Yep
loved the introduction to a couple new channels to subscribe to! Great tips from all 3 of you :)
Thanks, Brian!
This was an amazing video... thank you so much for sharing these tips for taking minimalism deeper than a "simple" declutter.
You are very welcome!
That was a very lovely video with 3 different aspects from different walks of life💕 enjoyed the time that I‘ve spent with you 3- thanks so much
I am so happy you enjoyed it! :)
Thank you. I am learning to let go.
Hi Vasi! Congratulations on the apartment! That is very exciting! Keep pushing through and take time for yourself when you can! :)
Take care. Love Deb xx
Thank you for your lovely comments, Deb! Congrats on the weight loss and other benefits you have experienced as you have simplified!
Hi Sarah, your best video yet!!! Great to see Ron who I follow. Stuart was new to me but oh my what an articulate man, I will look for his videos now
I'm so happy to hear that! Thank you!
Wow amazing video, love Ron and Stuart view point thank u sarah
Thank you, Badrool!
My most favourite video of yours, thank you so much for introducing other UA-camrs ❤️
I am so happy to hear that, Ida! Thank you!
Great video 👍 I have been following Ron for a while and he has been very helpful with my journey. I never heard of Stuart but I will definitely check him out. Overall it was a great video and I would have loved to be apart of it. Thanks and keep up the great work.
Thank you, Solomon!
Thank u ❣️ it was so helpful 😊 I'm still working on decluttering, but Im starting to feel those things u said, thank u all, God bless u and keep working and helping people 💪💕
I'm so glad this video was helpful!
Loved the second guy, the way he speaks is so inviting and gentle. Gonna check out his channel! Having less stuff definitely makes me feel much calmer, however I am still working being in the present. I think that’s more about what the first guy said about decluttering your mind.
That is wonderful, Kirsten!
Great video! And really loved Ron and Stuart`s participation. I am in my way to get minimalist and this is really valuable to me. Thank you so much! I will check Ron and Stuart´s content right away. Cheers!
I'm so happy you enjoyed the video! Ron and Stuart both have excellent channels!
Absolutely fabulous truths and invitations! Pow! Thank you!
You're very welcome, Karen!
Hi Sarah a very lovely setting we really enjoyed this video and we are going to check out the two guess that you had thank you
Thank you, Cathy! I'm glad you liked the new setting!
I love your videos and so glad I found your channel. I really like Ron‘s and Stuart’s tips as well. It’s too bad Stuart cancelled his channel. He was really relaxing to listen to.
Thank you so much! It is a bummer, but I know he is enjoying what he is currently up to!
I did not know you had a blog, Amy! That's really cool!
Abundantly Minimal Thanks! I enjoy writing on there during my free time away from work :)
Incredible, valuable information. Thank u so much for sharing
Thank you for being here! I'm glad it could help!
Oh man I love Ron's face
I like this approach. It is simple but impactful. Very salient points.
Thank you so much, Bonnie!

Stuart’s voice is so soothing! Has he a channel I can find him on?
Your setting is so peaceful, love it! Like to see you in that colour.
Thank you, Patricia!
Fantastic colaboration! I love your videos, they give me so much inspiration. ❤️ I love the way they go beyond decluttering and in to selfgrowth.
Thank you so much! I'm very happy to hear that!
Super great value video! Congratulations to the three of you
Thank you!
This is such a helpful beautiful video! Thank you!! Many blessings!!
Thank you so much! I am happy to hear that!
This was delightful. Thank you.
I'm so glad you enjoyed it, Rowena!
So philosophical, so profound and so deep!! 💜💚🌹🌷🌼
Thank you so much, Sadia!
A few years late here... But this is a great video!! Learning about my mess :) and on a side note the Stewart guy, he's got an awesome voice that would be great to listen to bedtime stories.
Thank you so much, Lily! And I agree!
The content in this video is spot on.
Thank you!
Thanks for including these perspectives!
My pleasure, Ellie!
Hi, Tracy J. They're on Amazon. Just type in 'wooden alarm clocks'. Have fun searching 😊.
Hi Tracy! Here is the exact link for the clock: amzn.to/2N5viUh
I'm also so happy to hear it was your all time favorite collaboration! What a kind compliment!
Amazing session.. Thank you so much.
You're welcome!
"I have fought that the less stuff I own, the less I have to lose" wow. This really drives home the hoarding mindset as the other end of the spectrum, which I fell into head first. It was very confusing as I'd adjusted been thr polar opposite, obsessively organized.
My favorite video you’ve done. It was very inspiring. Thank you.
Awww, thank you, Brandy! That is very kind of you!
I do hope it gets easier to declutter because it's been so hard for me!
Keep pushing through! You will get there!
Abundantly Minimal Thank you!
Brilliant video xx
Thank you, Darcy!
Thanks for the inspiration... I’m in the THICK of it so something to look fwd to
You can do this!!

Wonderful! Thanks for the guidelines
You are welcome!
I love your tips!! But the clock and non centered video made me have anxiety 😝 it is probably personal preference
Thank you for your feedback! The irony of that is that I was really happy with the way it looked and was set up and thought it was an improvement! :)
Yay! Thanks, Stuart! I would not consider myself a trained photographer by any means, but I had wondered about if I was practicing the rule of thirds! :)
