I got a similar issue. Connecting power to the plug, nothing. So I tried directly to the pump, and guess what? It worked! At the bottom of the pump, the wiring is brass riveted, and it got oxidated. Removed it, connected it directly, sealed it properly, and the bike runs fine.
I put the power wire on the brown wire and the ground to the green wire but no prime but wen I put the power where to the brown wit the black stripe it primes ? Is this suppose to be like that
3:20 is the manual information specific to this bike/fuel pump. I don't know what you're working on but you can reference the manual/wiring diagram to find more details.

@@FetusbakonFetusbakon with gasoline resistant glue. In Portugal, I used a two component glue, of Liquy Moly. It still holds well.
