I've got a question, I have tubular rims that are aero like these. Almost exactly like these actually. And I'm wondering if it's the same process. I had bought some new old stock tires for the tubular rims and it doesn't look like the valves are removable. Especially haven been glued down to the rims I wish not to take them off. But I feel I'm going to have too which will suck cause I'm out of glue. ANYWAY, I'd seen the extenders that are slip over screw on ones and i tried these but the rear one seems to leak. Now these are tubulars and I know they hold air having tested before instal. But I'm worried now the inner valve part has some loose ends reccons a leak slowly. Not sure what to do here as I'm already close to my max budget for this bike and it's starting to tick me off with all these small problems. Almost feel like I would have been better buying new. If you have any advice please let me know.
Thank you very much indeed. Much appreciated.🤗🥰
Thanks for posting! Great instructions.
Thanks. Very informative.
Do you have to apply teflon tape to valve core as well?
I have never seen a spoke lacing pattern like that! Cant be very strong
This was excellent.
I would appreciate a link to the product.
Perhaps an Amazon Affiliate link. Thanks
Is that a valve extender in your pocket,
or are you just glad to see me?

It looks like you have non-removable valve cores on your tubular tires, try put in some Slime sealant and it should seal the leak.
Thanks for sharing! Btw, what wheels are those?
Thanks, those are Dura-Ace WH-7700 carbon tubular wheels.
i try to do it but air leak eventually over night
Use more teflon tape. some videos suggest to wrap at least 10 times as you really want everything to screw down tightly, making it air tight.
