Thank you!! Have you successfully run the software on your Mac? From everyone I've talked to, running Parallels doesn't work very well with the RIP software but I also haven't tried it myself.
Happy to finally see this video , good explanation , recently buy this printer , and my questions is you have any video of teaching how to work with configurations , what I mean , to smaller designs or biggest project , increasing ink or decreasing , please help me to understand the process ,is to many icons in the canvas thank for you help .
I don't have a video, but I'll take that into consideration. So much of that will depend on what you are doing, as well as your personal preference/settings.
I would probably get a regular press. DTF images should last 50 to 100 washes, “when applied correctly.” And for that, you really want the pressure of a regular press.
Enjoy your videos! I’m researching DTF printers and I’m just torn on which is best for beginners small business. I was looking hard into prestige A4 bundle package however I read many bad reviews about their customer service. Do you have any recommendations!? Please and thank you in advance
Oh, that's not good! We've had a good experience with their customer service when trying to get it set up and when we had a few clogging issues. Way better than buying from a no-name company on Alibaba.
@@HeyLetsMakeStuff oh man, well that sucks😭 I’m wanting to get into making shirts myself. I drop shop shirts right now on Etsy, but I would like to learn how to make them myself. Butt I have an iMac and I was wondering if there is another printer that works for that.
@@oliviagrace3856 From what I've been discovering, most of these types of printers (and white toner printers) have the same RIP software that is only PC. It's a huge bummer as a Mac user. I feel like some sort of software programmer needs to get on it! I'll probably get a very inexpensive PC when I bite the bullet on the white toner printer.
@@HeyLetsMakeStuff yes! I wish they would come up with something lol. Sooo many people are Apple users. Hopefully one day they’ll come out with something
I don’t know a lot about hacking a DTF printer. But I do know that there are a lot of clogging problems and there’s no white ink so you can’t use it on dark fabrics.
I came across these videos today and they scared me. It seems that it is necessary to take urgent precautions to protect from DTF powder. I think this is definitely a huge concern! I mention masks and respirators and other safety equipment when I’m talking about DTF in the video. I’m always afraid people aren’t taking enough precautions!
Great video for beginners! A note: you CAN run Windows apps on a Mac by using Parallels which is definitely cheaper than buying a cheap PC :)

IF I buy a dtf image do I need a special press for applying to shirt or will my cricut press work?

i would like to print on metal what printing is best also can print on metal that is already painted
I haven't tried DTF on metal, but I assume it would work, as long as the heat doesn't interfere with the paint.
Great video!
Thanks!
Can DTF Printers work on acrylic?
I’m not sure! It’s on our list of things to test.
good deal
How big is the prints?
7.87" wide by however long your film is.
Where can I buy the printer
All the products I used are linked in the description!
what about dtf for inkjet printers can you use a regular printer

I think if you use an inkjet printer that uses pigment ink, it works better
