It was a no name brand that I can’t seem to find anymore on amazon. I just searched “dual tip free flowing muffler” back then. You”ll get most of this sound from doing the second res delete and going y-pipe to 2.5. The muffler will just determine loudness so any free flowing dual tip muffler will get a similar sound. Hope this helps!
Nate Chatigny Ya it'll sound pretty similar. Have a friend with a 330 and his sounds just a little more high pitch compared to mine (He has same exhaust setup).
Deny Espana the shop should have the parts there already. Just ask for a second resonator delete and have them straight pipe it with a single 2.5 inch to any free flowing muffler you decide to buy before hand. Hope this helps!
Explain to them that you want to use a y pipe to create a single exit to the muffler. I used 2.5” piping to the muffler. They should know what you’re talking about if it’s an exhaust shop.
Sorry so as far as i understand what you've done its a resonator delete with an aftermarket muffler?? Whats this Y pipe business (Sorry just bought an e46 don't know much)

how loud is it? im trying to figure out if my muffler delete is louder or not.
Serqz I have this exact setup, not too loud, not too quiet. Muffler delete is definately way louder than this and probably drones a lot more.

Max Kim Drone was minimal. It’s one of the better setups, especially for the price.

This did not cause a check engine light because it was behind the o2 sensors

tiger_swami there’s not much drone with this setup so I’ve never really had a problem
