Why do I always cry when I listen to Avett Brothers songs?

Don't feel bad I'm 65 and I just feel a spiritual tug every time I listen to them. It's okay crying is good for you it heals the soul.
60 yrs old here, and crying, and stepping back into the light.
The songs you sing mean so much… I’ve prayed to meet you both….I think that time has past…. But more then anything I think I would tell you that….
That your songs mean something and never will the time end that they won’t.
I’ve never listened to music that made me want to cry and laugh at the same time. But as for me, happiness and sadness seem to run down the same path.
Don’t stop doing what you’re doing it’s so right and the message needs to be heard
Being broken isn't acceptable to many. These brothers and their honesty sing to me and help bring that hope of a new day into focus. I'm thankful to you both.

I've been listening these two brothers for a long time. Every time they sing a song it's so beautiful and spiritual. I feel like they're on a mission they're like two angels singing. But they don't get their due but they keep putting out beautiful music and I know someday the world will appreciate what these two brothers are doing. Just like John Prime he was in his Glory Days in his later years and he was one of my favorites. I just feel so relaxed when I hear these two brothers sing I don't know which ones writing the lyrics but I always feel a spiritual tug going on when I listen to them I wish for nothing more than success for them I just really don't think they get their do they are so good. The lyrics are really deep. I don't know what are they are they folk music I don't consider it country music I consider it more Folk like Dylan John Prine Altru Guthrie like I said the music is beautiful and always moves me I just wish more people were into it.
