While there definetly has been some double standards and questionable decisions on twitch in the last decade, what online company/platform hasn't had issues with either not responding to matters quickly enough or acting to quick and penalising the innocent. I think even you (watchmojo) know this list is neither wholly accurate or telling of the complete story, using random game clips instead of the footage of what you speak exposes you. Why not show some of the incidents, streaming in swim wear, people exercising on stream, is it because your finantial partners would not pay out for this "content" or maybe you would be in breach of youtubes TOS!! Cosplay, most streamers were using the guise of cosplay to wear overly revealing atire, there were dozens of streams of people wearing naughty nurse costumes bought from Anne Summers and calling it league cosplay. Some have been banned unfairly maybe, but these bans came from viewers reporting the streamers and there being a valid reason to ban them! doc disrespect, moments before his ban he was live and suddenly looked shocked and started gasping and muttering and apologising to stream saying he may not be around for a while, this was admission he knew exactly what he had done to get a ban! Hottubs - the category was created because the "meta" of it occured very quickly with everyone doing it using the Just chatting channel of the platform. Financial backers/advertisers who support the content for that section were not happy with this new "submeta" and were pulling their funds, so a catagory had to be created so the "meta" could continue, but unfortuently in an area that got no sponsorship (at first), because companies that advertise on the subchanels did not want to be associated to that. Exercise, lets really talk about glazing over the story, has this youtube channel been bought out by the Sun Newpaper?!!!! There are streamers promoting excercise on twitch wearing sports wear and there are no issues, they havent been banned. The ones that have been banned (including your examples) twere exploiting this catagory, stating any donations/subscriptions from viewers would mean that they would either do (this tended to be yogo) a pose or rep of something that would be overly sexually suggestive, especially where the camera was set up, this is what got them banned. 1 of your examples was a streamer who would just be lying on a mat with the camera pointed at their rear for 7hrs, no actual exercise took place in their streams, they called it yogo, it wasn't. Some on your list have been valid points and mistakes made by the platform, but please research and report properly, not do a hack and slash of information and not tell the whole story. Little grinds my gears more than people/platforms not reports events/news/stories properly and accuratly.
the music, yes the community was annoyed, but this was down to the licence holders of music (the records companies) taking legal action of use of their material (is there a reason watchmojo never plays out a whole song, full clip of film/tv/advert, would there maybe be copyright issues!!!) twitch have actually done really well in trying to protect the community of streamers on their platform from this by swiftly giving them means to protect themselves. Yes there have been scenarios where a mainstream singer/songwriter is streaming on twictch using thier own music and getting copyright warnings and having their vods taken down, but that is down to the record lable, not twitch. Even though it was the artist of the material playing it, its still the record lable that owns it and its their algorithm that detects and reports it.
The real reason for this video and its mireporting, your platform is youtube and you want to get in good with the "boss". There have been issues with abuse by streamers, but you will get this no matter the platform, people not matter their position in life can be abusive of power/position, especially if they think they are mightier than they are, the seudo-celebrity status they have from streamers/influencers does make them feel mighty. I love how if a big streamer gets a perma ban or even a long ban from Twitch, then youtube will throw lots of money at them to get them on their platform straight away!... food for thought!
I’m pretty sure I’ve seen Twitch streamers who shall we say we’re in pretty revealing outfits that are comfortably still there compared to some of these no skin cosplayers featured… hmm.

@@chombiewan bro you have way to much time and ain't never gone to read that long atrocity you made. Summarize in 4 sentences.
Online mediums are in control and Don't care about policies, they do what they want. You don't like it, stop Patronizing them.
I never even been on twitch and I'm 100% 😡 at them!
Same. If I can't see boobs on twitch, idk why I would ever sign up.
@@JorenMyers eww! Pervert!
3:47 I would also made new accounts twitch has no legal rights on cosplay
I can't even tell why did she even make her own damn cosplay.
@@Kaijufan360 I agree
‘Muahhahahahaha you get a ban, and you get a bann hahahahah’
God: Lucifer! What r u doing!
Satan: Nothing! Hahaha this is almost to easy!
Weird that you didn’t actually show the clips that got them banned?
they're probably unavailable
Whos the girl in the thumbnail in chunli costume
I feel like this video was poorly made. Usually you’d have footage to back up your arguments, but…
Where is Rebecca and her voice overs
I’m pretty sure I’ve seen Twitch streamers who shall we say we’re in pretty revealing outfits that are comfortably still there compared to some of these no skin cosplayers featured… hmm.
Y’all like Sym huh?
4:42 I would had also told twitch to deal with it
On twitch it's ALLLLLLLL about the free double stuff-----
*Oreos*
🙃🍪 🍪 🍪😉
Leaving in droves? Nope not yet
Some times one can ask the admin of every platform why they make stupid decisions.
Twitch needs to up the bar on standards, either follow up on your guidelines and rules or stop peddling your biased garbage.
Number 1 should have been “Political Bias”
I think Twitch lost what dignity they had long ago.. It's in negative numbers now when they have a woman licking a mic and calling it content....
