Every human being is imperfect but I have noticed that since I started to respect myself I also changed my behavior and how I present myself to others because they treat me different, in a better way, in the way I like. The level of respect and appreciation I get as well as the people I attract are superior, and that feels good to me.

Okay, I don't want to say too much so I'll just get straight to it Thank you thank you thank you thank you I am more feminine, more sensual, more stylish, more happier, more friendly, more poised etc....you have helped me alot on my level up journey. I was never the girlie type because I associated it with being a softie, a thing which I hated so this made me be more in my masculine side almost all the time but you have shown me a different side of being feminine, a different side of being a girl and how to take care of myself, how putting my needs above others is necessary for me, for my mental health. My life is so much better now even on my education side, I am in my final year at my University and so far so good really, I know that I shall go out with a bang, lol. In particular, I have felt the most feminine today, I wore red lipstick, I wore colourful clothes and made me feel good and that also made me happy and I interacted with my friends and everyone around me well. At first I used to just watch the videos for the sake of watching them but my mindset and perspective never changed so I never used to take any of this stuff seriously. When I finally changed all that it's when everything changed for the better for me cuz it's not only about wanting to start dressing better but also ti change your whole perspective for the better and starr viewing the world differently but most importantly start living for yourself, a thing I was not doing. But no, I never used to write anything down, I guess I'd say that I'd write down somethings but not everything cuz mostly I'd just download videos I felt would help me and fit in with my lifestyle etc and I'd rewatch them whenever I needed and wanted to
I also started envisioning the reality I wanted to be living so eventually everything I was envisioning started becoming my reality, so the major thing here is to just change your mindset, bring the energy back to you and start living for yourself. Xx

From nervous at te start took alot of notes to apply good self care and skin care the part of dressing classy and elegant really help with my confidence . Favorite staples i go back to back when i can is the little black dress . When the dress is simple and fabric is thick for fun i love to sew on flower appliques that are 3d its like a flower in bloom takes place on the dress they are big yet the three dimentional flowers are medium and small the dress is so timeless with its rich history i will never have to get new trends . Even as a fashion student i understand that something high quality and timless last a lifetime paired with great tailoring plus its design .

So now that im in my early 30's i have in the past year became a more feminine woman and on a feminine journey of growth however as much as I want to be more classy I feel like a lot of the world will see me as the opposite due to to me having tattoos. May sound ridiculous however with alot divine feminine and Kevin samuels like podcast there is alot of shaming women who are over 30 and/or having tattoos because it's seen as masculine. I will continue my journey to become the high value woman that I am but at times it can be discouraging
