I love spending the evening with my family, we usually watch interesting inspiring movies, kdramas, etc. We always have a dinner together with a whole family and eat delicious food either cooked by my dad or delivered by a service. But when I’m spending my evening alone in my room, I adore reading my Bible, praying, making wishes and setting goals as well as singing worship songs. I also read regular books, watch my favourite UA-cam channels (this is what I’m currently doing. It’s half past 8 (pm) now, I made a hair mask and waiting while watching this video). 🥰
...I like to put on warm socks, a cosy robe, over my pajamas. ..A cup of Tea, a book and that helps " Turn off " many things in one's mind. ..books that are not " heavy subjects ", ...once you start reading ,you'll see how it relaxes you. I then say Prayers and Affirmations, before sleep time ....and I also sometimes listen to Frequencies, .. Healing, or Sleep Frequencies are so helpful. Even listening to Nsture Sounds really help the Sleep Cycle.. I sleep extremely well, when it's raining , so I use that sound if I'm feeling " not sleepy enough " and to calm the Mind. Otherwise I enjoy being outdoors during the summer half year (not in winter), and I make sure I get some form of exercise every single day. Im perfectly comfortable and able to focus in a somewhat messy home, but need to relax after work. If I tidy up (more than like a couple items) on most week days I feel it would take too long before I truly get to relax. But I do more tidying in the weekends. "Prepare for the next day" is something I already kind of follow. I do practice creative activities (and definitely like that advice), I actively paint and write, and aim to do it every day (doesn't mean it actually happens every day), but some days Im just too tired

ive been dedicating at least one night a week to soak in the tub for about 20-40 minutes. sometimes ill pair it with a glass of wine if i have it. it does wonders :)

Mine is taking a bath and journaling, it really makes me feel great and realeses me from the stress of the day
