- Jan Englund’s younger brother was killed in December 1990 in Boise. The murderer was executed. 32 years later, feelings resurface as she hears about the Moscow case.
I agree: execute speedily or take this form of punishment off the table all together. Something needs to change; it takes too long to carry out the execution.
It's the people who get in the way with the appeals. They're the ones to blame for the process taking so long.

@@slaws2279 Not just defendants and appealants, but human rights activists and civil rights activists who fight to keep un sane people alive because of their "rights" they have. 🙄
To me, if proven guilty, people like Kohberger have no rights.
Jan seems like such a kind, intelligent woman. I hope she has found some sort of peace during the years since her brother’s murder. The death penalty issue has no easy answers, but I agree with her. Put a convicted and sentenced death row inmate to death quickly, or take it away altogether. Much love to Jan. ❤
