What I would like to know is, my son has a very disrespectful and is a loose cannon probation officer. Coming to my house asking if my son lives here, showing him his property and place he sleeps only to say, "you're showing me stuff." Basically calling me a liar, that my son doesn't live here. He violated him and had a warrant issued because of four items, which all were completed but one which was almost done with his approval of it still being in the allotted time. Now my son is Basically being blamed n threatened by the probation officer because my sons gf stole a $6 item and was arrested. My son wasn't even with her, but in court, but is being blamed by the probation officer and holding it over his head like a sick freak. What can be done about this situation???
Jurisdiction can be questioned after plea sentence . If you hire a lawyer read corpus juris secundum…make sure you read what that means! Lawyer first duty is to the court then the public then maybe themselves and if they get to you then u r lucky. No joke check into this all.
How come in Fairfield, Ohio if you violate your probation they give you a separate misdemeanor 1 for the pv. Start with one misdemeanor and end up with two of you violate.
What if that probation violation were a possession of an illegal fire arm and driving under the influence and outside of probation hours.He was given this probation due to a domestic violence case which he already plead guilty to, also child abuse. How likely is it for his lawyer to keep him out of jail? Btw he is currently in jail awaiting preliminary hearing tomorrow .
The judge that will take this case is the same judge who ordered for his arrest the first time around and has been the judge for trial etc. How likely will it be to convince this judge for a split sentence jail and probation ? Or hands down will it be a revocation of probation? From your experience . Really curious about the options and what can be with this case that’s oh so delicate

Why is probation not considered time served when liberty has in fact been denied?
Why won't anyone answer any of these simple questions.. and I'm in Kansas that's one strike against me...

So I had a little less than a year only had one month Left paid all my fines in full... So I could get a whole year..and it wasn't even my fault..

Better question how likely is it for him to be released if his lawyer even has that power at this point
