It’s a 2009. All the same buttons as an 08 ( look close, you’ll see the global window switch. All H2’s have). Only the 09’s produced in 12/08 have the heated and electric tilt steering wheel. Not sure what you mean by “lid package”.

You can order them off eBay. There’s a company in Kazakhstan that makes them custom and will ship them. I just ordered them for my H2 and H3. They are amazing quality. Look up TuningHD on eBay. There do lots of parts for H2 and H3. Great price. And surprisingly fast shipping for how far away it is.
