    A suggestion: it would really be helpful, at some stage, to have these exercises all in one video without all the explanations etc.. so one can easily access them and do a workout.

      I was thinking "Okays....I guess she's making a lot of good points" and then Full Stop - as I realised she only plans to teach people how to deal with this if they pay her for online classes. I don't do paid online classes - I either watch things online and then learn that way (in my own time and without coming up against the "What about my security? I don't pay for things online" barrier) or I could buy a book on it (from Amazon). My preference being to be able to do both. If I can't do either of them = I'm stumped.....and onto the next video ...as I keep hunting for a way to do things at least one of my two ways I do things....

    An amazing thing about Kopsaftis: she always has interesting points to make! Blessedly, she knows what basic points to keep repeating -- and I really need that! -- but whenever she talks, she also seems every time to add new info, too, that makes for even deeper understanding every time I hear her speak. I'm so impressed: she really knows her stuff!

    Body assessments are the key to Hygienic living. Assessments do not treat a diagnosis but rather remove the underlying root cause in Natural Hygiene.

    Peristalsis is the automatic wave-like movement of the muscles that line your gastrointestinal tract. Peristalsis moves food through your digestive system, beginning in your throat when you swallow and continuing through your esophagus, stomach and intestines while you digest.

    What about post hip replacements? Is the loaded rotation safe?

    • @EileenKopsaftis
      @EileenKopsaftis 5 місяців тому +1

      Most surgeons lift the restrictions once the joint capsule has healed from the surgery. Please check with your surgeon. Typically an xray is taken post-surgery to ensure all is well before lifting the post-surgical precautions. A posterior access surgery requires limiting flexion, internal rotation, and adduction. An anterior access surgery requires the opposite restrictions. It's important to know that you are completely healed and your surgeon tells you it's safe to do.

    Lol i tried to do the moves with the lady and now my hip hurts. 😂

    • @EileenKopsaftis
      @EileenKopsaftis 5 місяців тому

      So sorry to hear this! It would seem your hip has a limitation that didn't like the movement. Please seek some expert guidance and don't let it go unattended. Locating someone in your area who is certified in Applied Functional Science would be ideal as they would see you as a whole person and not just a body part.
