The Production step was explained incorrectly. The steps taken are from left to right. So if you finish a card with the gray cubes you add it to your Empire card and you will get whatever resources that card produces as you now move on to the next resource. You do not get all of your resources all at once. You get them going from left to right adding them to cards then, if finished, adding them to your Empire then moving on to the next resource IE: Get gray cubes, add to card/ cards, then black cubes, add to cards, then green and so on. This is where the engine gets built.
