What about removing the existing wooden tracks for a ski boat? The wooden ski boat tracks were in the first part of the video but not in the end of the video.

Leave the V-hull adapters until the end. This helps keep the lift square. However, you do not need to remove the V-hull brackets at all as the toons will not touch them.

@@cpdewey1 We have used salt treated lumber on pontoon lifts since the 70s and never experienced this or heard any complaints. However, untreated lumber can be used upon personal preference

You forgot the carpet

We do not recommend installing carpet on our pontoon adapters, as dirt/rocks get stuck in it and scratch the aluminum on pontoon boats
