  • IDECH Landscape Blade Power Rotary Scissors combined with the EGO Multi Head System String Trimmer is a low mow dream Come True. They are attached to the Ego Multi Head System. The ease of use and uniformity the STENS IDECH Power rotary scissors has, makes it one of the best lawn tools on the market. You can purchase the landscape blade through Seago international. Using the power rotary scissors prevents scalping and can make trimming low grass much easier. This is how golf courses trim there edges. I use the power rotary scissors with the EGO Multi Head Power system, which i have attached to the string trimmer attachment.

I recently purchased one of these for my Husky 535LK pro combi, originally I was told my unit was too powerful for it but it seems to work just fine, I just give it less throttle. Its rather expensive in the UK as I had to buy it with the shaft £322! 😱. That said, it does a fantastic job!!

Husky huh? I dont think we have those units in the states, it must be a powerful unit because ive tried several units that wouldnt power it, thanks for sharing!

I like my Stihl landscape blade because my local dealer has blades and parts.
I had it demonstrated on their battery machine but I run it on the km94r.

I had the exact same experience this week using rotary scissors on my echo pas 225. I believe it’s the same 21.2 cc engine as yours. I recently caved and bought the same ego multi pass edger and a hedge trimmer. I can’t wait to get them! More torque and less noise and less maintenance and no fuel... I also have the 650cfm blower and 5ah battery so I just got the base tool. I’ll put the edger on one shaft and the scissors on another and then swap a head for the hedge trimmer as needed which won’t be often. The funds from selling my pas 225 and attachments should easily cover buying a few more heads. Battery looks like the way!

Dude I was skeptical about battery power equipment but damn the ego is sooooo much powerful then my srm 225, your gonna love it:) I also have the 650 blower and it’s about 1 and a half time more powerful then my echo blower

Love your channel. Do you know if I can attach the rotary scissors to any of the Ego shafts, for example the hedge trimmer shaft, so that I don’t have to buy the string trimmer attachment? Thanks for your help.

    • @PrincessCutLawnCare

It will push it away because the way the blades are designed. You can’t cut through the walls of your house because of the rounded ends of the blades but you definitely don’t want to get in between them because it will chop it right off

What up Jeff Thanks! it feels good to grow your influence in the lawn community:) I appreciate you specifically for being there from the start! As for your brush i wouldn't recommend the landscape blade simply because replacement blades are quite expensive. I would stick to using it just for delicate trimming around the yard. It could def handle the brush but it wouldn't be worth the financial cost
