I can't believe this video has this little attention or activity. This is sad because this band was my first concert in 5th grade back in 2012! My dad introduced my sister and I to the furs and all these other great English alt bands of the 80's and I will forever be grateful because no one will ever make music like these guys did. EVER.
You laugh at her in all the cars She's easily confused There isn't any wrong or right Or up and down on you There isn't any reason There isn't any sense Nothing else is happening This is where you are It goes on and then it rains We run away It goes on again If you say no just one more time He's gonna trash your wife He has to have a lie to live Or something to believe He has a god He calls it you He has a highway too Inside his head these wheels go round He says that he loves you It goes on and then it goes around again It goes on again It goes on It goes on and then it goes Around again It goes on again You know this guy that lives downstairs There's parties all the time Where they put on wigs and stuff So they can be themselves He calls you this He calls you that You lose your memory All this goes on all the time So I don't go down there It goes on and then it rains again It goes on again It goes on and then it goes Around again It goes on again

my favorite on this record. no- it's dumbwaiters. no-it's Mr. Jones. no it's - Train. uhhh... every one!
hehe...yeah exactly that
Definitely one of their best, and a testament to Steve Lillywhite's "Wall of Noise" production.
Probably the best drum riff ever recorded in modern music
the Furs and Rich Butler have been my Muse since I was a teen in the 80's..i knew they'd never leave my Heart!
the best bridge ever ; )
This album should go down in history as ground breaking amazing.
This song is just so GOOD!
my favourite Furs song!
The best song of the best Furs album
Love the sax.
Sounds Great like it did when I first heard it .

Best start to a track I ever heard.

I always play it twice so yeah ;-)
My Furs' song .
You know this guy that lives downstairs has parties all the time
Where they put on wigs and stuff so they can be themselves
brilliant
All this goes on all the time
So I don’t go down there..
Always loved that line
@@simonascough4898 all of them
Amazing...
It goes on and then it rains we run away.....
You laugh at her in all the cars
She's easily confused
There isn't any wrong or right
Or up and down on you
There isn't any reason
There isn't any sense
Nothing else is happening
This is where you are
It goes on and then it rains
We run away
It goes on again
If you say no just one more time
He's gonna trash your wife
He has to have a lie to live
Or something to believe
He has a god
He calls it you
He has a highway too
Inside his head these wheels go round
He says that he loves you
It goes on and then it goes around again
It goes on again
It goes on
It goes on and then it goes
Around again
It goes on again
You know this guy that lives downstairs
There's parties all the time
Where they put on wigs and stuff
So they can be themselves
He calls you this
He calls you that
You lose your memory
All this goes on all the time
So I don't go down there
It goes on and then it rains again
It goes on again
It goes on and then it goes
Around again
It goes on again
Is this a doubletrack of drums? He's a pretty busy in a few spots here, sounds great.
Richard Butler = cheeky Nandos!!!
man, the sax makes this sound fucking genius...... Bowie meets Joy Division
i can see where you're coming from with Bowie/JD
this song is about Andy Warhol
