Ever wonder why the police are NOT tailgating the fleeing suspect? It's not because the pursuit vehicle is under-powered. IF this occurred in the State of Arkansas, it would be 'pitted' at any speed. The longer this pursuit last and greater distance is covered, innocent bystanders are at risk. End, the chase asap.
Yeah but the population of Arkansas is pretty much the same for LA county so there’s less traffic there my guy it’s not safe to pit here as much as I love to see the shit show unfold
You're correct about the population size, but 'pitting at any speed' is NOT the same as 'pitting anywhere & everywhere'. The cops still need to pick and choose where. Pitting a Perp during a high speed pursuit (at the right place) is dangerous for whom? Answer: The fleeing criminals. (Which is their problem for driving that fast. That was their 'reckless' choice.) Eventually, these idiots will learn that the cops are not messing around. You pull over and stop or risk you life. @@sleepy4149
All they had to do is install an immobilizer and it would be done, clubs and updates aren't gonna do anything. The fact is the car doesn't know if the authentic key is nearby or not when the ignition is turned. But I agree, and perhaps by how fast he went 100mph, possibly a BMW, those things are always on the watch list when it comes to speed
@daylehudson6810 because certain kia models lack an immobilizer, because Kia and Hyundai neglected to install it, and their current solutions are not the solution. What they need to do is recall the affected models and retrofit them with it, and issue the fobs that go with
They're too nice with criminals, yes public safety is a part, but when you don't end the chase soon, the exposure just becomes astronomical. The news crew is constantly talking about it, like when the officers are in tracking mode, with lights and sirens behind the suspect, no body has any warning that the car next to them is a maniac on the run
As of how they lost visual, it must be the police chopper that lost it, wouldnt it be a little sus when you have the night sun still trailing the car? Easy for the news chopper to catch up

@@sleepy4149 I know what your saying; however, there's very little traffic, at the moment. They need more discretion, not hard, fast, limits.
I agree. There were plenty of opportunities. Did you see the traffic jam, that late?
