Been watching a few of your videos and just wanna say that I love your vibrant and AUTHENTIC personality, it feels like your videos are not scripted, and just genuinely you expressing your thoughts (with a general written order). Have a good one!
All my video are 110% unscripted. I use the products for some time, then press record.
For me this mouse looks very pretty, for a mouse of course :) Very nice colour choice, the gray goes well with the white top. Hopefully they will improve the future batches and it would make a great mouse.
I got question is it possible to match each profile with application or program like corsair / Logitech ?
man, i was actually excited for this mouse and thought it would be perf for me. the universal panning has obviously got me thinking other wise lmao. more than happy with a deathadder pro and an orochi v2
How does it feel in the hand, compared to the Model D? I've got the Model D now but want a wireless with both 2.4 and BT for that work/play scenario. It's either the MM731 or the Roccat Kone Pro Air for me.
Model D wireless preorders are open
3:56 A longterm deathadder user (currently GPW and soon VPU) with big hands, deathadder ALSO sits with an angle on my hands, im pretty sure so many other mice sits the same way.
Yeah I would think that also with the dramatic curves on the DA, but the DA is like a glove in my hand. It never leaves my desk
As a non computer gamer I have the sk series keyboard and just got this mouse. It didn’t have any firmware on it I think. Downloaded the program, and it was pretty simple to use. Once I updated I was then allowed to wire the mouse in and use it. I don’t think it would before. I really enjoy the look! I think it would be a great setup for in the office, if I just turn the RGB off! Lol
I'm still using the cooler master mm720 it's so small and light, perfect for my hand/grip!
I was looking for something to watch, and my favorite tech reviewer posted a video 50 seconds ago.
Can you do a review on the redragon k617 fizz??
Its same shape like xtrfy m4?
2:33 I wish fully expecting a launch of the dongle as well lol
😂😂😂 When you launch the wire and unnecessary wire and bits histerical... Another top notch review telling us all exactly as it is... Waiting for the Xbox controller review coming soon... Payday Tuesday birthday Wednesday waiting on your advice to order my birthday pressie...
Coming next week ;)
Just ordered this mouse, I hear a lot of the issues with the firmware as fixed since it's been out a couple of years now, I had a hard choice choosing the colour but I went for this white and grey one since I already have a black steelseries rival 3. I
This channel just offers realistic views on computer peripherals straight of the bat, i love it HAHAHAH.
There's an important difference: the wireless version MM731 seems to have a mechanical wheel encoder, while MM730 is one of those rare mice that have both optical switches AND an optical scroll wheel encoder. For me, mechanical scroll wheels rarely live more than two years. They just wear out soon. I have seen multiple Amazon complaints about Steelseries Prime and Razer Viper and Deathadder v2 that their wheel wears out even in just a few months! So what's the point of manufacturers bragging about how durable optical switches are if they put a crappy mechanical wheel in the mouse. Unfortunately, you can count on your fingers how many mice there are with both optical switches AND optical scroll wheel. And even those have some caveats or quality issues.
I myself prefer heavier mice, they just feel more sturdy and more accurate when editing images and needing pixel accuracy. Unfortunately, there seem to be no heavy, durable, long-lasting mice with optical switches and an optical wheel encoder. If you know such a mouse, please let me know. I guess, I'll have to buy MM730, although it might feel fragile with its light weight.
That "curve" that it goes in your hand is normal. Your aim was probably off because of the forward sensor placement.
Hi Techne,
Will you be doing a review of the new M65?
Yes next week ;)
looks like old rival 300.
am i right?
After a bunch of delays I finally received this mouse. After watching this video I updated the mouse no issues. Set the the coolermaster software for my dpi settings and everything has been so good! It feels very similar to my g703 except for the side buttons being a bit more forward. It's crazy light and feels so much easier to control. Yes the sensor being more forward then centre is noticeable but too less then 10 mins to adjust. Only issue I have is the mouse feet are a little rough but for 100aud I can't complain! A $10 ptfe sheet and a bit of trimming will fix that. Fantastic mouse and not sure why people diss this mouse so much. I would definitely recommend it for the price point!
Hey, I got a couple questions, I wanted to know if the build quality is has improved. Is the input delay issue resolved? and last question is if I can set 1 profile with 1000 polling rate and other with 125 hz, can I change between profiles with a single with button press or will I have to open the software and change them every single time and how much difference in battery life does the two polling rates have.
@@HarshSingh-vb4ez it's solved.
I cant wait for the new Coolermaster keyboard 65% with volume knob Review .
It's a silly issue to have on release, but not a bad mouse overall
Can you a zowie s1-c or s2-c review ?
Yes coming soon
love this content keep it up
Thank u so much
@@TheTechne thank you so much for the amazing content
Love youre vids
Thank u so much
Hope that they will fix the issue
The MM731 (and the Origin One X) mouse shapes aren't anything new. The inspiration for both the shapes (as expressed by both companies) are inspired by the Microsoft Intellimouse Pro mouse.
Also the EC from Zowie is inspired by the Intellimouse.
Odd... I have about 9 mice right now including the 731 and they all sit in my hand at an angle like that. In fact, if I were to hold any of them perfectly straight, it would be extremely uncomfortable. This goes for Orochi, Hati S, 305, Ninjutso, Prime Wireless, 731, Viper Mini, XM1r, etc. Do you hold all your mice straight? Ergos, ambis? Would love to see a video showing your grip on some of your more popular mice.
ayy this doesn't feel that wierd ig
i get those razer wibes (just looking at it)
2:15 Damn….Techne hates wires
Pulsar xlite wireless review?
I have been testing it. But not sure about a review
review the cooler master MM730 thanks
I love my m711. Best mouse I ever have.
That review was awesome! One question, could you recommend the wired version(MM730) at around 50$? Prior to the mouse releasing, I thought that it would be great mouse for my friend because it's a basic ergo design and doesn't have holes as he likes a minimal office looking design. 👍♥️
And yes, the MM730 is going for 50$(USD) where I live, not kidding!
I think I wanna try it. Love that ergo design. Also at 59g is a major achievement for that shape. I thought my deathadder V2 was light at 86~ grams, but sheesh
I would compare this mouse more to the helios xd5
Man i never gonna find a mouse for me
Please review the pulsar Xlite wireless !
I have been testing it, but not sure about a review yet
I dont know how did they manage to make a 59G mouse without holes, hope they come out with a ambidextrous wireless mouse less than 58G, that will be a no brainer.
They are soon releasing the MM712, wireless 58g ambidextrous.
Announced 8 months ago , yet to be released 8 months later. Cooler Master release schedule really sucks. MM720 flashbacks , but the thing is , i really do like this one from aesthetic point of view , so i feel that one on a personal level , lol. We will see wireless MM710 and 720 around 2024-2025 i guess with that tempo.
it's on amazon though?
If the MM731 get fixed. I "might" buy it compared to the GPX.
But the shape is questionning me.
Way way diff from the gpx
@@TheTechne some people call it the "ergo" gpx lol
I doubt it is
Dang when techne don’t like an ergo, you know the mouse a little weird lol
Lol
My man's got 45 in his thumbnail!!!!! YESSSS!!! Hahahaha!! You're stinkin awesome Techne and just got even more in my book.
My thoughts exactly.
🇺🇸
when the hell are they going to make my mm711 in wireless.. thats what im really waiting for. the mm711 is perfect for me. im just tired of the cable.
CoolerMaster need make mm710 wireless
I will stick to my XTRFY MZ1
when you already have all your gear but watch techne since hes a baller anyway
thank you so much for the support
@@TheTechne no problem keep it up
My hands are so small I palm the g203
This mouse has the worst launch ever. 5 firmware updates later latency issue still exist lmao
U know what u did to me ??? I have to wait for your reviews before i buy something , i cant trust anyone else .
The GIZWIZ.
Seems like an awesome mouse, but I feel like most people should go with the Model D
I have the model D and was thinking of upgrading to this 😅
@@majormaj4823 Same, but I'm just waiting for the wireless version
@@mutasimrahman6833 There is a wireless model D it came out like a month ago
@@majormaj4823 Waiting for it to come on Amazon
@@majormaj4823 go D wireless
Love the thumbnail. 👍👍
To summarize this video: mm731 no good cooler master bad
Well...they tried.
*It’s* *Yuge*
That is a weird looking shape. Very interesting to see how it sits in the hand. Really not my cup of tea. I'm more of a G305 guy
🌼
Part of earlyyyy gang less goo
I never understand Cooler Master
Lol
It's definitely unique, I'll give you that...but in no way what so ever is it "innovative". The shape is too drastic for any type of grip to be comfortable and the software support is complete ass. Crazy miss from CM here, sorry.
im scared and wont buy or recommend collertmasrers2ks43qz im sry
