Cucumber mocktail
1 kg English cucumber
2 tbs tender coconut water
3 tbs lime
4 tbs sugar
Lime wedges
Mint leaves
Powdered chilly flakes
Honey
powdered rock salt
Ice cubes
Method
Grind cucumber in a mixer grinder, Then in a pan, cook the cucumber mixture on low flame , add lime juice , sugar mix really well and strain the mixture
Mix honey and chilli flakes and dip the edges of the glass in honey gently and then dip in the rock salt . Into the glass add lime wedges and mint leaves and press with muddler then add ice and then cucumber juice and tender coconut juice , mix well garnish with mint leaves
