Waste of water, just boil the Eggs correctly to start with, and you won't have a problem peeling them 🙂Also, to make it even easier, just add a half in of water, put a lid on and shake, or transfer the Eggs to a different container with a lid, same amount of water, and shake for just 5 seconds, and the peel is basically falling off on it's own 🙂
I boil the water first and drop eggs one at a time using a room temp spoon (I wipe off spoon after immersing each time, cooling the spoon a bit or the egg will crack). Leave in the water 10 min off heat. I cool the eggs just enough to handle them comfortably and crack with the spoon over toast. Egg comes out like an over easy fried egg.
Unfortunately you're wasting a lot of water if you let that run for a minute!!! Just fill enough water to cover the Eggs by half, swirl it around for 10 seconds, drain the water, then refill the pot, and let it sit for 10 minutes!
Great! I peel mine under running water as I find it easier.
Great tip!

There are so many methods, you just need to stick with what works for you.
Always start in cold water 🙂
It’s how i do mine except i use an electric kettle that switches off when the water boils.
Ingenious
