Introducing the purpose of the this backhand mechanics series. It's meant to build up a catalogue of defining and showing mechanics from different parts of the backhand throw in standalone videos. Each video is not meant to be a full tutorial on that topic, and depending on your skill level, it may be too soon to try to implement all the mechanics shown in a particular video.

Looking forward to this series. Thanks man! The coiling video really helped me define how the upper and lower body work. Plus the relationship of coiling and reach back.

Excited!
The coiling video helped me understand how to load my back leg more “accurately”. Hoping to hit 65 mph soon, max of 63.6 last week.
Hopefully a timing video or brace video will come along with it.
