Tomato Idli Sambar Recipe
Serves 6 nos
Ripe Tomato - 8 (Big)
Green chilli - 9 (Adjust as per taste)
Hing / Asafetida - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 3 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
Sambar onion - 1 cup ( finely chopped )
Coriander leaves - fistful(must)
Salt & water - as per taste
Note:
Small Onion & Coriander leaves are must to get perfect taste.
Do not add curry leaves.
