Also like many spec homes, it’s squeezed onto a too small lot which causes the privacy problem
Ya there is one house to the left that has a solid view to the property
Three bedroom seems ridiculous but a bachelor who likes living alone but wants to stay in the party scene would see value in that. Someone like a Bill Maher but the exposure of the staircase is absurd so if the 3 bedrooms and lack of modifications was acceptable then I would have offered no more than $9.9 million! What do you think about replacing the glass with a one way glass or slanted/angled material to prevent direct view from the streets but keep allowing sunlight? Great video as always.

This has an excellent view of Sierra Towers so maybe a celebrity/actor might buy it just so he can look over at his poorer celebrity/actor friends who live in Sierra Towers. Of course $15 millions is still a lot for even most celebrities/actors.

$10.8Million... Honestly, If it we're left for me alone, houses such as these have no business selling for more than $1,100/sqft. But because of its sweeping views however, I'd take it up to $1,500/sqft = $10.8M
But then, because the luxury real estate market isn't up to me it'll probably be SOLD again to another joe for $14M🤦🏻♂️
