Good to see Chas again and that fat, fuzzy footed chicken that thinks she can get away with stuff because she is so beautiful! Always love learning how you do your plants and must say, you know each of the plants wishes so well - amazing gardener! I haven't planted that spinach seed yet but have lots of it already sending up flowers from last year. The new little plants look just like weeds about 1-2 foot tall but all have tiny flower heads showing and they are so pretty. BUT they are seeding too quickly! I'm hoping there are some that wait and push up those tall plants then wait to push out those amazing flowers. Just be careful to plant the seeds away from your regular plants - maybe off on a sunny edge to make a pretty hedge. I wasn't crazy about the spinach but oh boy, those flowers and the birds went crazy for it - your birds will like them also. Sorry you don't have much time now but you probably talk to Chas a lot more - maybe to just stay awake! That's a lot of driving. I admire your ability to find the good and grow.
Thank you. Lots of learning and growing this year. We are having a lot of heat during the day. It’s definitely making the cool season flowers a challenge as we are not usually 25°c this time of year. It’s so dry. Fire watch is on. Hopefully we get rain soon and I can sow seeds outside. The ranunculus is just starting to push buds. I really don’t want to lose it to the heat. He is not a big talker. He usually sleeps which is good because he is at least getting some rest. He gets pretty tired. Sometimes we have great chats though.
They are terrible. I use them in the water too. I’m not sure if you’ve noticed but here the price of them is up ten bucks since last year. I was sticker shocked.
Yes absolutely. I actually made a mistake leaving the lid off my soil blocking soil and it didn’t take long to repopulate. I Definitely need to pay better attention
Buen trabajo
Thank you

Last year was the year of the fungus gnat for me. I finally used mosquito dunks.
