it's time for a Germany vs Italy showdown!
We've got Mat in his Audi RS7 Performance long-term test car, and he's facing off against Yianni in his new Lamborghini Revuelto! But does the Audi really stand a chance against the hybrid Lambo? Let's take a closer look at the stats...
Starting with the Audi, it’s powered by a 4-litre twin-turbo V8 that can produce 630hp and 850Nm of torque. This power is sent to all four wheels, and the car weighs in at 2,065kg. As new, it costs upwards of £133,000!
Then we have the Lambo. It’s powered by a 6.5-litre naturally-aspirated V12 and three electric motors. Combined they can put down 1,015hp and 1,062Nm. The car comes with all-wheel drive, and it tips the scales at just under 2 tonnes. It's also a whole lot more expensive than the Audi, costing around £447,000!
So we already know the RS7 is fast, but does it really stand a chance against the Lambo? There's only one way to find out... LET'S RACE!

Most people expected the rs7 to hook better in the rain since its half a ton heavier.. everyone knew what would happen once the lambo got traction though.
In this races defense Lambos over the last decade have been notoriously slow for their listed specs and sometimes lose to cars youd expect to be far slower.
Raise your hand if you would buy a Revuelto and then continuously beat the livin’ SH*T out of it doing drag races? 😂😂( Jay Leno’s “more money than brains” club!) 😂

You know it. My 2015 stage 2 apr rs7 does 10.18 at 135mph. Which is quick for a big heavy car.

For the revuelto you only need a cheap, stock, family friendly,, spacious, 5 seater, comfortable, almost maintenance free, Model S Plaid.
Before watching, I can already say a 400hp (An Audi RS3) is too big a difference for the Audi to have any chance whatsoever.

The Lambo's Bridgestone Potenza Sport appear to be good all-weather tires. But I don't want to know how much they cost, they were specially developed for the Revuelto.

You can't compare the Audi, it's a more family car, against the Lamborghini, which is completely sporty, it has almost 400 HP more and less weight, very bad maneuver, Matt

So, in full wet conditions the Revuelto did a mere 0.6 seconds more in the 1/4 mile than in dry conditions. Interesting...
Kudos to Yanny for the balls to race the Lambo at this soaked wet track and going probably over 250km/h, a little slip at that speed can easy spin him to the field
As always a great and fun video, but i wish you could start put the 0-100km/h time in the dragrace too.

Yianni’s Revuelto is around 550 000 quid.
So 400 000 quid more and 400 hp more than the Audi and only 1 second difference in the quarter mile.
Lambo engineers need to step up their game!

I dont understand why anyone would want all these different driving modes? Like Eco Mode , Corsa Mode , Thrust Mode etc? why not just let the engine give you max power all of the time? Also it would save money too as then all that fancy ECU stuff wont be needed .As more ECUs =More to go wrong =Money pit.
They don’t normally launch that well in the wet. It’s the Yianni factor and he didn’t even have to pull the 300hp shot of Yianni facial expression
That so called 1015hp Revuelto is the slowest 1000+ hp car ever built.... there is no way that Lambo is even near 1000hp sure rainy day but 10,6 sec in a 1015 hp car! there is no way that car have them so called 1015 hp.. i think it has 750-800 hp at the most!
