I-95 fully reopened in Norwalk, Conn., to the relief of drivers

The Interstate reopened Sunday after being shut down in both directions due to a fiery tractor-trailer crash. A burning fuel tanker roasted the Fairfield Avenue overpass, forcing the full closure. CBS New York's Tony Aiello reports.

The truck driver isn't the one to be blamed, the driver of the car that cut him off causing the chain reaction crash is the one that should be blamed and CHARGED!!!
