Being and old death metal/slam fan, I was 'browsing' through the music of new bands and mostly heard deathcore influenced output. This is what I was looking for! Brutal death, produced in a modern way. Great stuff, which came unexpected. Edit: and the look the part in 2022!
The worst part is the fact that these modern deathcore bands nowadays have zero percent hardcore, grindcore or slam influences, most of them are just meshuggah with gutturals, i miss the times when deathcore bands sounded like The Boy Will Drown
I remember downloading a shit ton of substep infrabass back in the day when I was mixing dubstep/dnb stuff. Great seeing you here, reminds me to check my old hard drives for tunes.
