Today I'll work on a HMT cal.0231 movement l,
I'll use white petrol, elma and rodico putty to clean this movement 🙂..

Hello, thanks for watching my content, I don't have HMT original hair spring ,but I do have after market balance wheel for HMT 0231
bought a new hmt kohinoor sunburst dial watch from hmt website. Dropped it and the crown stem got broke. How can it be so delicate?
Sorry for the late reply sir, HMT watches are durable, but if your watch fell on the floor from crown side, and crown was the one who touched the floor first, then definitely stem will break 🙁...
@@watchwizard Yes bhai, thanks for the reply. But crown should be protected, because the watch can be dropped while wearing. Anyway, I hope they repair it for free but incase they charge me how much it would be approx?

Replacing Crown stem charge will vary from shop to shop...
I don't think physical damage will come under warranty condition, but I hope they will give you free service....
@@watchwizard Thanks, by the way Also I noticed that in the watch there is a black spot, kind of deep scratch on the case. Can stainless steel have a black spot? Are they using genuine material now
Sorry Bhai, I have no idea of stainless steel, but this is what I found on Google regarding black spot on,
The spots could be appearing because you are using an abrasive cleaning method that removes the protective chemical layer on your stainless steel items. If the protective layer is gone, this puts the stainless steel at risk when it comes into contact with everything from your cleaning supplies to the food you eat...

Twezzers, screwdrivers, oil, pegwood sticks, watch opening tool, watch cleaning solution, rodico putty and movement holder🙂...

Sir, Without seeing the watch physically, I can't tell you for sure... but it can be because of main spring or the movement is not serviced properly...
