Thanks for all the great video's! I bought a F900R myself ( San Marino Blue) after watching a few of your vids! Loved the drag racing video. Kind of showed a lot of the arm chair riders that the "heavy" BMW hooks up and kicks some ass on the track! I'm looking forward to touring the bike from Minneapolis to Big Sky Montana as soon as the break in period is complete.
Not sure how I missed your videos before but late congrats on the awesome bike dude! I got an F900r myself, in blue, and I agree completely, it’s just as easy to ride long distance as it is fun in the canyons 👌 Only gripe I have is the smallish fuel tank. Around town it’s no big deal, but when taking the bike out for day trips, the more frequent fuel stops can be a pain. But hey, I’ll put up with it since it’s so fantastic in many other ways. Hey, I’ll keep an eye out for a fellow F900r rider as I live in OC area. Happy riding my dude ✌️
Not too late at all. You came at the right time.. check out drag racing / track videos and tons of other F900R on the channel. And hit me up on IG I’d be down to ride.
I have an 08 528i, and is my first car. She definitely isn't a spring chicken anymore. But I take good care of her. But I seriously don't want to keep adding miles on her in the event she keels over. I am looking at getting a motorcycle in the coming year or so to mitigate the need to keep driving it all the time. This i believe is what I am looking to get, as I have to travel on the interstate to get to my job
Nice ride buddy. I can’t wait to do the same on my new f900r. I have 100 miles and I’ll had my bike 1 month. Weather is getting pretty hot here in Fresno, Ca. But as soon as Yosemite valley opens up I’ll be taking a nice trip. Just wish I had friends to ride with. Oh well nothing wrong being a Lone Wolf. Keep up the f900r vids.
Stay in touch.. (add me on IG if you have it) Would like to trailer the bike north and ride up Yosemite and all the great riding roads up north. I'm just getting started.
I'm deciding between the R and Xr. The price increase for the xr seems a bit too much. But the roads are ruff around where I live so I'm not sure what to buy 🤔. What camera are you using when riding?
Way different bikes. One is street fighter style roadster / touring bike, the other is muscle cruiser. Also a huge price difference but ultimately both can do it except F900R can be fitted with paniards.
Would you prefer a F 900 R or a R nine T? Are the emotions of a boxer and the finishing touch more important than the technical gimmicks of the F 900 R?
R Nine T is a proven platform with a bulletproof engine. F900R is a new platform and many bugs to fix. 2021 R Nine T’s are now coming in.. will be reviewing them as they become available.
How would you describe the sound of the bike in real life, compared to the audio we get on the video?? Im getting my f900r in 3 weeks and i havent heard it in real life :)
To me, it sounds great. I probably wont be getting an exhaust for it. It sounds like a V twin engine and at high RPM, its throaty. I'll make a pure sound video like my other bike reviews soon. Stay tuned!
Had to sell my cbr600rr cause of the pandemic and income got cut in half at first😥 but now that the wife and I bouncing back I want a new bike! And I was looking at a yamaha mt09 until I came across this video and now I can't decide what I want lol
@@PetroHead if the bmw is just as reliable as a yamaha then I'll go with that because I'd like the heated grips but considering I was doing 8-10k miles a year on the cbr and probably will be doing even more now that my commute has tripled I will be going with which ever is lower maintenance just gotta research the bmw more a bit
@@smple5337 heated grips are just the beginning.. You got cruise control, loads of electronic aids, an IMU which gives cornering ABS / dynamic traction control and electronic dampers... its dripping with tech... compare all this with competitors.. I doubt competitors have all this. But I also know that bikes like MT09 just come as a standard 9K bike and the options I mention is another 2-3K more.. Do your research.. good luck!
Wait for 2021. Yamaha will update the MT-09. The MT engine is the best engine put in a motorcycle today and the whole bike is built in Japan. The F900R/XR engine is made in China and there have been well documented issues in the past at that factory. I like the F900 but just can’t get over its Chinese built engine.
Sure but I may get bored and fall asleep at the wheel and I don’t think you guys will like that haha.. I ride very spirited as you know so mpg is not something I care about. If enough people ask, I will make one.

For consolation,
keyless feature also apply to effortlessly unlocking the tank without needing a key
Still Cool i'd say

They missed a trick with that rank range - 120 miles?
What would you like to see next for the F 900 R? Comment down below.
Definitely love to watch after service performance of this bike.. thanks for sharing

XR will definitely give you a better ride.. but one is a street fighter, the other an adv bike.. completely different. GoPro hero 8 black.
Love F900R
Would it be better to install a windscreen on the bike?
Hi, does your pure windscreen also have a gap between it?
does this bike vibrate a lot? also is the seat to hard
Nice sir keep enjoying ride safe
very bike-esque video thnxs
If you have the chance to review a ktm 1290 sdr...it would be lovely....thanks...
do you like the keyless starting? i feel like I would lose it
Keyless should be for cars only. Bikes don’t have storage space or a cup holder for those thigamagigs.
I am considering buying f900r or the new diavel as my bike for some city ride and weekend getaway according to you which will be better

Yow, that was a nice road trip brother! If I may, what's your height if you don't mind? Thanks and keep safe!!
Thanks! Almost 5’7.. 🤟
Are those motors reliable ?
What is the model of gold bike?
Is the problem already rectified after the 600 miles service?
Stay tuned for 1 month review coming next week.
I just subscribed. Did you notice any vibes? I like the low rpm at 60.
Thanks. But not sure what you're asking.
He is talking about vibration at low rpm
There are no vibrations.

MT09 has a bit more power + a little lighter.. but F900R is better build quality and feels refined. Try both 👍
