i threw 64GB kit of 3200mhz GSkillz Ripjaw in my MSI GF63 Thin UC-11 3050 variant it increased gpu performance to almost thee same as a desktop 3050 i get about 85-90% the performance of the desktop variant was worth it IMO
The reason it Comes with QHD+ and not UHD is because the Gt77 titan Has the UHD strictly Soo Gamers Can Opt For a personal preference on Resolution I would've got a titan if it had a 1440p display the 4k panel is just wasting potential

This is way more than you need to build a emulation setup. In 2020 I bought a legion 5 Intel i7 2.6ghz GeForce gtx 1660ti I upgraded the ram to 32gb and I haven't found anything it can't run.

I like this 17 inch 16:10 high res high refresh rate form factor the most with not too producing cooler heading at the back, though i want the display to have smaller basels , be it thicker, or louder or both, and i want razer blade 16 and 18 size 330 watt van charger with same 90 degree connector and beaded able thogh the charger itself rubberised for protection, when dropping excidently, also more minimalistic design, better fo t for keys, no RGB around the keys, only where the fonts are , are not at the top, rather at the side like Asus scar 16 keyboard keys, also apple like force glass trackpad from a millimeter or 2 at max side to side from keyboard and the and of the laptop. Alsso only black and dark gray design, nomkogos anywhere only one apple like no RGB smart looking one on the top, Asus M16 is the best design laptop my opinion, better than apple too, but the hinge solution the display is more far back than on for eg. The razer blade 16, so the razer display hinge design is perfect, and amount of roundness on the edges of the M16 is perfect the 5op design is perfect the button design is perfect the side design is perfect, but the pack is not, make it like of the razer, and make 2.8 3.0 3.2 3.5k res of the screen with either we oled or miniled at 240 to 280hz, whatever is possible, also make it touch capable, and I'm personally would like a 360niprion with the same specs. Is this the best msi gaminglaptop ? As you see my knowledge is low. If you comlarr this with a pc with the exact same specs ? Is there no difference ? A friend of mine told me that such a laptop as this is way slower then a standalone pc. But i do not have the room. And i a lot on a ship. So i would like it to take it with me. But if it is much slower then a pc i will not buy it.
sadly those 4080 is not worth it since its performance are far away from dekstop counterpart. probably 4060 would do in this laptop and it cost 500-1000$ less which is more affordable
If it has a DisplayPort or Mini-Displayport then yes, VR will work on this very well. I used to own an Alienware X17 R1 (RTX 3070), it had Mini DisplayPort but with the adapter that comes with the VR headset (or buy one from Amazon for like $10) the VR will work the same as it does on a PC. HDMI VR should also work but this is now old, Standalone headsets will also work though these are just terrible on VR anyways. [EDIT] - This laptop does not have any DisplayPorts which is just a bad choice, but, it had USB-C that may support DisplayPort so this should work. So to answer your question, yes VR will work on this and very well in fact.

I really wish the manufacturers would having gaming laptops would go back to putting a desktop cpu like the msi gt76 titan and alienware area 51m back in 2019 since both gaming laptops have the desktop Intel i9-9900k desktop cpu in them. I have the razer blade 15 with the 4k 144 hz display, Intel i9-12900h cpu, 32gb ram and 1tb ssd. The razer blade 15 laptop 4k display is meh ok. It would have been better with a 4k mini led display with 1,000 nits and the desktop cpu 12900k instead of the Intel 12900h mobile cpu. There is no micro center where I'm located even though we have microsoft, google, amazon and even apple stores. The only electronic store that exist is best buy since I used to go to frys electronics alot before they shut down. I asked the frys electronics employees if they are closing because they barely had any inventory and the employees just kept on saying because of tariffs, one of employees at frys electronics told that they would be getting more stuff in stock while the other employees kept on mentioning tariffs every time I ask them about inventory, I never believed them since I always thought they were full of bs, every time I went to frys electronics, the customer service was non existent because I would see the employees talk to each other. Every time I needed help looking for something, I had to walk around the store and look for employees and I found the employees behind the computer and the employees were talking to each other. There was barely any customers unless it was like a holiday. One of the employees at frys electronics was being rude to me when I was just asking where to find the hdmi cables. The rude employee kept on recommending monster branded hdmi cables even though I told the employee that I'm looking for non branded monster hdmi cables. The employee would just point in the direction of the hdmi cables and walk away, the employee was rushing me and I was spending hours in the store taking my time. The body language of the employee was always in a rush everytime I would go to frys electronics, the employee did want to have customer interaction even when I said hi and how is there day, it was always the same female employee woman that was always in a rush and being rude to me, I shopped alot at frys electronics because they were cheaper and had more stuff when they actually had inventory so that's why I went to the store and stopped talking there employees only to ask for a specific item/items. I'm glad that frys electronics went out out business, the employees are incompetent and whenever I would ask them a basic question when looking for something in the store, they would give me the wrong products when I explained to them for what I'm looking for. I would end up buying the products because of what they recommended and than I had to keep on returning the stuff that I bought because the stuff was always incorrect and did not work properly based on frys electronics employees recommendation. I don't remember if there was a restocking on some of the stuff that I had to return.

That tends to happen a lot in games and in most gaming builds. What's generally most important is GPU usage not CPU

Why feature such a expensive thing 3300 must of us cant afford that . I can understand 2k pc or laptop but that is just not worth it unless your rich .
