Depends on the platform. "Back in the day" I could make a new Facebook profile in about 5 minutes if someone blocked me but then if they keep blocking your return on trolling is getting low because it's taking them 5 seconds to block the new account.

As someone who has experienced this, i found a loophole which takes perseverance, i simply talk back until they get tired, which takes hours but i come out on top pretty often.

If you're reporting something like this try to report it to multiple institutions This creates accountability and you're less likely to be ignored. For example, if you're in school, report it to the school and the police. Make sure that they know that you've informed both of them.

I was about evidence and then it said warning warning, memory full. memory full. data full. so I couldn't record. and it happened at the time of the scene. Excruciating.
If ever get implicated into something or some bad situation. Make sure you have your evidence. Don't be 'that' guy. Who assumes everything is gonna be fine. Something is always waiting to go wrong. I learnt that toxicity and bad situations can happen even in the most untoxic communities/games. If something looks good. Presume it's bad anyway. Then if it is. You'll have the preparation needed. Another thing? Don't feel peer pressured and don't feel unreasonable for knowing the right decision for you. It could be that one spike thing. That puts nail to the coffin. And you with it. No matter how good/how right you are. Sometimes there are things on situation that genuinely lead to bad outcome. Life is littered with hazards. And all it takes is one hazard to happen to a good person for them to turn bad.
Alwayssss Remain skeptical no matter how safe/comfortable/comfy a situation looks. All it takes is some change/development (In the right way). And your a gonner. I know it's cheesy that bad things happen to good people but they genuinely do. The biggest shocks/whiplash/Trip-over-effect comes from ''good situations''. If you see a situation as safe/good. Then that should be your protocol/cue to view it as not safe. Anything can go from 0 to 100% in less than a millisecond.
yup people need consequences to change. one of those I remember hearing about was that basically one of people was working for a company and they kept getting basically some sexist messages from another person. in half mocking way. so they basically said if don't stop. they will make sure their phone gets beeped on repeat nonstop. (because of IT knowledge of their company). thats how they got them to stop. however I would say that although we want people to stop. dont resort to extremes, like extreme consequences. because to me it is not humane nor mature to do that. in fact thats one of my tips. dont resort to extremes.
also in same way dont stand by certain individuals/bad crowd. dont stand in bad communities too. and don't model bad behaviour wouldnt like in someone else. the problem with associating bad community is often or not it brings you DOWN too. that is one of ways earn or disearn respect. (ive read about). so also part of solution. ive learnt hard way that toxicities can even permeate into most peaceful of communities.
The best lesson I learned working in prison was that if it isn't documented, it didn't happen. Screencast everything, don't delete it.

To go even further. BACKUP your evidencing techniques/gear so YOU KNOW they will WORK (not just THINK they will work). this isn't ideal world. this is reality. Computer can fuck up on you, YOU can fuckup on you. TEST FIRST, if havent tested. assume it will not work. because life never goes way want it to. (tods law). Evidence your Evidence. to know that that works too.
1. For example phone, do have a tendency to press wrong button at wrong time? do have too many notications that well show up at wrong precise moment? is it full up of memory, is it on full charge (for example battery screwing up on you at wrong minute/time).
2. Your computer/PC, is your programme working/operating properly? (TEST IT, TEST IT FIRST). is hard drive causing problems. do you have enough space. is there anything could get in the way. could game crash randomly (and dont get evidence need). are you working properly to stay on top of evidence. will software at the last minute FUCKUP on you. if so where do you go from here/there? have you had any successful recordings (if any, and how many?)
Part of the FUEL you have, is in knowing those things will give up/break on you when you need them the most. are you truly properly prepared or do just say you are? remain skeptical always.

And if a person is making new accounts just to harass you, you can definitely show it in your report and they can get IP or hardware banned.
I always think about this when talking to certain people. They complain about the harrasment and get upset but continue to respond for some reason. I try to help them but it gets demoralizing when the loop continues and I cant do anything about it.

The 1st Amendment protects cyberbullying. Always block them and if for whatever reason your feeling particularly spiteful, report them.
Also make sure to have notifications turned off for almost everything but the essentials for communications and whatever extra on top but as a general rule turn all notifications off 1st and work back from there to see what your okay with.

As a victim of cyber bullying that won't way too far. This does actually help. Record everything and get the authorities involved when you can.
Authorities being police, teachers, principal, parents or even therapists.

Mike, it's well known that bullies don't stop unless forced to stop. Standing up for yourself often stops them. Then you report them 😌
Bullies need a reaction, therefore if you don't, they'll move on. And considering the amount of trolls online, simply standing up for yourself does nothing but prompts more "bullying". Reporting also does nothing unless they're threatening your life, since account creation is a fast process.

The rule of dont retaliate is wrong. You should know when to retailiate and when not to. As required. And that is the right way to go about it. Not retaliating at all is bad advice. Respond don't say mean back. Talk. And if they don't respect what have to say. Then all means start avoiding them.
Yes! Don’t be afraid and for sure don’t feel bad for speaking up. Because if you did something to them? They’d definitely throw you under the bus without a second thought. Everyone deserves the consequences they earn. You’re not getting them in trouble. They got themselves in trouble. &&& it’ll get worse. Not better if you keep quiet and protect them. Plus, if not you then it’ll be someone else under their shoe next. And that’ll feel worse knowing you could’ve done something about it.

Some guy said that i'm cyber bullying him in Roblox when he had the Korblox leg, and he cyberbullied basically everyone before joining our team just to basically say "frick you" so i told him that he bought an amputated 5 pixel leg on a screen for the entire GDP of France, and then he was basically just saying that rich people (his dad gave him 70 dollars) can buy whatever they want, and that poor people are idiots. So i left the game.

block temporarily. and maybe in 5 years time they changed. (to me seems best solution). however its situational. if do something terrible then consider reporting too. (but only do after a warning).

1. Respect your foe
2. Build yourself/work on yourself. (I'm sure there's some imperfect aspects of yourself and kidding yourself if think your perfect).
3. Control own emotions (if have to fake response do it).
4. This is important one but, if feel risk. Don't go on internet. Should only go on internet if feel prepared. Or have at least SOME type of plan in place.
5. Build value
6. Lighten up a bit.
7. Remember that there is whole human.
8. It's okay to dislike people (but not ok to not respect them in some form).
They always want attention i dont have bully’s but i have annoying class mates they always hit me on my head normally i run after them but one time i didn’t do anything he kept saying come ect then i hit him with my foot from the table after that he didn’t hit me for half a year
