Smokey was clearly loved by you, your family and the animals, as well as many many people you'll never meet. God brought her home, but she is still watching the farm in peace without pain. She will make her presence known and you will know she's near.
I feel bad for you and the animals when I lost one of my two dogs the one left was lost wondered all night where the other one was she was so sad 😢as we all were. Time takes care of us ❤🙋🏻♀️🙏😊🌈❤️ T
Smokey is watching, these are all her friends that she guarded and loved being around! She'll be so happy to see them being loved so much as always just as she was and is. I picture Smokey doing her zoomies in heaven, running free, happy and pain free! God bless you all!
I also noticed when you made the video about Smokey's passing that the animals were all quiet. They were paying their respects to her and you as well. Even though I had read the title I was hoping I had read it wrong but the silence of the animals told me it was true before you even got to the announcement. I have so much love for your whole family. Two and four legged as well.
Daniel at Arms Family Homestead also said, his farm won’t be same without Bella. They just had to put her down too. I bet those two are over the Rainbow Bridge playing.
Do you realize the impact you two have made by getting people all over the USA and other continents together in prayer - for whatever reason. I think it is wonderful and I know God appreciates all you do. Love and prayers and God bless you. Excited to follow the little chicks journey.
I understand how they feel, I'm sure ya'll along with all of us feel the same way. Smokey was such a huge part of the farm and the goats were raised with her. So it's only natural to hurt over her loss, that pain means she was truly loved by so many! She will never be forgotten ♥ In time the animals will find their new normal and we all will find strength to move forward on your blessed journey! Love and blessings..
I have to admit that when you started running back to the piggies, I had that terrible lump in my heart … there was no zoomie. Smokey will ALWAYS be in my heart😢
It’s heartbreaking that Smokey is no longer going to be in the Adler Farms Videos. I always loved watching her when Chad as on the farm and she was there, loving him, Adler and anyone or everything that was on the farm. Except maybe the chickens. Her crazy zombies! I’m so sorry that your pal is not there to greet you everyday. God Bless you for taking such great care of her.. loving her until the very end. She loved you and Grandma so much. ❤️🐾🙏💔
You both are such a blessing to so many of us! I don’t think you will ever know what a bright spot you are in our days that you post a video. You bring us smiles that we will have never had. Thank you. We love you.
I feel so bad for you and also Arms Family, as they had virtually the same thing happen. It's so hard when life brings those moments we can't prepare for, and that are not what we would wish for. The amazing thing is that our memories never go away, they are always with us. You have an amazing channel and I love that you share your real life with all of us. Makes us all a little bit like extended family. Give yourself some grace and time to heal. You deserve it.
Ralph and LeaAnn, we need more people in the world like you all. Please remember even though Smoky is physically gone she will live on in your hearts and memories forever. ❤🤗🙏
@Anita Somewhere In Montana. You sure got that right I was thinking the very same thing we truly need more people like Ralph and LeaAnn in this old world . Shoot the whole Doss family are good people . God Bless .
We'll all miss Smokey Grandpa 😢,but you need to get you another LGD. I know, it will never be Smokey but nonetheless, you need one!! Coyote will not stop not possums or raccoon. Hope and pray you find one soon. Miss Kitty can never replace Smokey but she can keep you happy by going on your rounds with you.
It made me feel good when you said that Miss Kitty was now the top female at the farm and she'd now accompany you as Smokey once did making your rounds. ❤️
Smokey will always be a part of this UA-cam family. Your subscribers love your channel, & the animals’ antics brighten our days. But the Light you reflect is especially appreciated. Thank you both for being examples of walking in Faith!
It's kind of a blessing that Miss Kitty came into your lives, just before losing Smokey. I didn't know you or Smokey, but I did shed tears for her. May all your hearts heal and God bless.
Hi grandpa!😊 What lucky chickens and of course Nellie. Such great treats! Delicious nutritious eggs.😋 Love the wormy dance. ❤ Very happy for you grandpa that Miss Kitty is helping to heal your heart. We will never forget dear Smokey. She’s doing zoomies in heaven bless her.❤ Oh Batman! You run true to form!😂gotta love that goat. 😊 I really admire you grandpa, you are so organised. 👍 love to grandma 💐God Bless. Until next time.👋👋
I'm so broken hearted for your family, I'm so sorry about smokeys passing. I understand that pain having lost the 3 best dogs in the world to me. It's been 10 years and I'm finally ready for a new little buddy. Time does heal, praying for all of you
This video, though in ways made me sad, I also found a lot to smile about. From the thought of the goats dog piling grandpa 😂 to seeing grandpa run to get the pigs their treats, I was just about out of breath just watching you! You also took me back in time to my own mom, and how she used to burn all of the winter tree limbs and branches from our yard, in her garden area. Then she would rake the ashes all over her garden, telling us kids that it would help everything grow. I feel blessed to be able to be a part of this channel and a part of of yours and grandma's family. ❤
I smile everytime I see Bella and Olivia standing on the fence waiting to be fed, or Batman, Pdub, and Fox getting into their goaty antics, or Grandpa dancing the wormy dance for the chickens. I also love seeing Miss Kitty following Grandpa around the farm. Grandma and Grandpa, we all miss Smokey. She may be gone now, but she will never be forgotten. I have been rewatching old videos with Smokey and her zoomies. I am glad the videos exist to so as to watch Smokey girl again. Thank you for your videos. Bless you all.
Yes, I too am thankful that we have those videos to turn to when we need to see that precious Smokey just one more time. I love her so very much. She was so loveable & so cute with her little freckled nose. 🥲
I am glad to see the goats acting more like themselves 😊 They just looked so lost and confused when Smokey died. They knew something was wrong but at that point they were unsure of just what was happening. Animals grieve too ❤
Morning Grandpa and Grandma from Australia. I lost my Mum on 28th Jan. Yes it's very hard but it helps to have friends to offer comfort. Thank you for the prayers.❤🐨
Hello to Aussi sorry to hear about your Mum! You have a friend here in Florida in the US MAY GOD BE WITH YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.BLESS YOU AND YOUR MUM IS WATCHING OVER YOU.BLESD YOU!!
Grandma and Grandpa Adler, please don't feel bad about telling us about Smokey. I cried just as much as everyone else and what that tells you is just how much I not only related to Smokey as being part of the family but it also tells you that we all relate to you! It gave me time to remember my loved ones and my fur babies. We all need to grieve and sometimes have a "good cry." Just know that we love you❤
So sorry, Grandpa! I know what it’s like to lose the four legged family members. We have had our share of that here at our acre in TX! It’s something we never get over! Smokey was well loved and lived his best life there on your farm!
The 🐔 chickens like your wormy dance 💃 🤣 they don't even run , lol. I'm sure it still sad without Smokey,I pray 🙏 it gets easier for you and Grandma as time goes by ❤
I'm glad u told us about Smokey. I cried so hard. She made me cry like I did with my 2 loses of dogs but also as much as my lose if my relatives. My prayers with u. Thank u for ur videos.
We were thankful for you letting Smokey be a part of our lives she was a blessing to watch I was there the first day Chad introduced her to all of us and then when she left your farm and went to Chad's second farm and then come back she was never so happy to be home that was her home and that's where she was the happiest and those Zumiez were the best ever and we so appreciate you sharing her life with us she was a blessing to watch and she will truly be missed 😭
I teared up during this video too. Smokey will be missed for a long long time. It wasn’t a good week for watching homestead videos. Daniel & DJ showed two videos this week of losing a baby mini donkey and losing their dog Bella. It’s been a little too much! God is still good all the time ❤
Losing our Smokey is so sad, she was so young & beautiful. My memories with her & Chad are so fresh. So many you tubers losing there pets, our Malamute also on borrow time she has cushions disease no hope for her she’s eleven years old. You still hate to lose one.🙏🙏🙏🌼🌼🌼🙏🙏🙏💦💧💦💧💧💧💧
Many prayers🙏🙏🙏, stay warm, and smokey will be missed. Enjoy watching, no doubt it will not be the same ,yet Smokey running in HEAVEN no pain , praying be here this time next year looking at cancer ,God Bless you All the Adler family 🙏 🙏🙏🙏
It’ll take a bit to get used to Smokey being gone but your channel will forever be my therapy. God Bless you and grandpa and may the Lord continue to shower you with blessings🙏🥰
Miss Nellie just wants to sit and touch your hand. It’s really different now. But of course it is. I think the Goat Bros we’re sitting with Smokey that night. ❤ We’re sending more rain your way. Hopefully, it won’t actually snow Tuesday and Wednesday night. I’m ready for gardening. What a lovely outpouring of love and support. You’ve created a great space for the community that’s shown up here. Blessings Ralph and LeaAnn ❤
I can't believe Smokey is gone. But I know she is and I just feel so sorry for your family and all the rest of us. We all loved Smokey and in time we will adjust to the fact, that we need to move on. It's with much needed love I say this and praying for your and Leann's understanding. I love and care for you both. You're in my prayers.
Ralph, you and LeaAnn are loved by so many people. Your wonderful spirit shows through each video that you do. It is so refreshing to take in a part of your down to earth lives. And now we have a new adventure viewing the development of those baby chicks. Thank you so much for sharing. And we all know that Smokey will never be forgotten. God bless and much love. From an old/new friend.
Ralph, it's good you have your other farm animals to tend to. They look forward in seeing you. The Arm's family just lost their dog, Bella and a baby donkey. It really gets to me. Watching these channels for a long time you get attached to these families and pets. One day at a time, Ralph. We all are thinking of you and Smokey......
Hello grandpa and grandma.. You two are very special to all of us... I speak for myself but I feel like I've known you for ages.. You put your heart into everything you do..Prayers for all the Adler farms family..God bless..I'm praying for you ..I believe Miss kitty was sent to you to help you with the farm.. Love you all. .Till next time..🇺🇸❤️🌹
All of the Doss family are loved by many, this includes all the animals, goats, dogs, chicks, pigs, bovines, and kitty's. Grief and loss are hard to bear alone, and sharing the process is cathartic for all. Love, prayers, blessings and hugs!
My girls love blueberries. They really love fresh cranberries. The brighter the colors the better. Red, yellow, orange bell peppers, watermelon, cantaloupe, squash, zucchini, butternut squash, black oil sunflower seeds, thistle seed, crushed red pepper flakes. Definitely makes for some mighty rich, tasty eggs. Our yolks are orange in color.
I’m one of y’all’s silent watchers & I knew you’d be bombarded with messages so I thought I’d wait to tell you guys how sorry I am about Smoky. I cried with y’all & I cried on this video. I’m praying for comfort for y’all. I’m sure by now you’re tired of all the condolences (not in a mean way) but I just had to let you know how much that girl meant to us even though she wasn’t ours but we loved her just as we love our own. God bless
We don’t know you two personally but please know that you help us so much with our lives!! You bring us happiness every time we watch you!! We love y’all so much!!
Dear Grandpa & Grandma, you both showed in your video how much you really care about your animals by taking the time to appreciate how other people were feeling about the loss of Smokey. Yes l was one of those people who cried and l'm not ashamed to say that l did. I used to look forward to watching her grow into a beautiful dog which she did, such a short life but she gave joy to you both and to all her watched her. Smokey will be missed by many, she had a beautiful soul abt her. New life on the farm with the chicks and l have no doubt they will be the most spoilt chicks on the internet. Thank you both again for caring.❤
I have lost 4 of my dogs over the past several years from illness and old age and I still miss them every day so my ❤️ goes out to y’all and the Adler Farm family because I know there is a lot of great people here. My prayers are with everyone…God bless…until next time…love you Smokey…you WILL be missed 🐶 RIP!!!
Pain shared is halved. I thank you for your kindness, reflecting how some of your followers/adler farms family felt the loss of Smokey. I started watching Chad's channel around the time he had just settled into the farm at your place, still had rabbits & ducks. Smokey was a baby. She was a precious dog and thank you all for sharing her with us. GB.
I know that it's not easy loosing a Fur Baby. My heart goes out to each of you. I wore my CRITTER GITTER shirt in remembrance of Smokey. You can tell the goats are missing her. Prayers for each of Y'all. GOD BLESS Y'ALL.
Grandpa and Grandma, I'm sitting here watching this video even as y'all are talking to us and I'm so happy that even little old me could help y'all through the grieving process for our beloved Smokey's passing 💔. And Yes I cried and I had to let my son in-law know happened and he watched the video also. Thank you for sharing this special moment with all of us and yes we are all family. GOD Bless y'all 🙏❤️🤍💙😘
We just lost our doggie Coco last Sunday morning on the 12th. I'm very sorry for your loss of Smokey. Prayers are going to keep coming to you both and the family 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
I have never posted on anyone’s channel before. But the pain of losing your pet is so overwhelming. Smokey was definitely a wonderful dog. I felt I needed to offer my sympathy. You most definitely did all you could do. The decision you made was the correct one. 😢😢😢😢😢
God Bless the entire Doss families and Grandpa Adler’s Farm and Adler’s Farm Family and K&S! We all were taken by Smokey’s energy, and protection that she brought to the farm. Coming home to Grandma and Grandpa’s home made an important quality of life for Smokey in that she was with her friends again, and meeting Miss Kitty was a sweet end of life friend to have with her! I miss her too but being relieved from her struggles of her own choosing, was a Blessing, painful as it was to all of us who loved her. She was always well cared for and that’s about LOVE! She had that in ABUNDANCE! Thank you Ralph and Lea Ann!🙏❤️🩹🕊️✝️🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Grandma & Grandpa Adler, we all hurt for you & the fur-babies too!! I cried, still crying!! Between Fred & Smokey has been a great loss for all of you & us!! I miss Fred on every video Chad post & can't wait to see his new baby!! Soon, I hope!! They will always be missed by me in all the video's posted. They are a big part of watching what's going on on the farm's. We will miss them dearly, Daily!! May they be together over the rainbow Bridge & watching over the farms & having fun together!! May they R.I.P. We are all Praying for each one of you. The really good thing about all the videos, we too can go back & watch them again, even if we've already watched them 3/4 times already. Thank you for sharing them with us & the fun ya'll shared together. May God Bless all of you & help ease your hurt!! We ll love you both & look forward to keep up with your Journey ((HUGS))

I feel strange about calling you guys Grandma and Grandpa when I am almost 70. But Smoky was so sweet and beautiful, it just made me think about my almost 13 year old dog whose showing signs of coming to the end. So I feel your pain.
I have had dogs and cats my whole life. Most or all were mutts or strays. I never had a pure bred other than a shouted I inherited. I cried when Smoky passed. I hope that the breeder of Smoky has been notified about her. They should check their breeding stock and make sure it's not a genetic marker that's carried by their dogs. Smoky was too young to be that sick. Once again, I am so sorry for your loss.
I'm pretty sure the animals know that this time Smokey isn't coming back. She gave them a sense of protection and security that is now gone, so the boys are extra alert to any possible threat. This also hit hard with me as I recently in January lost my best boy Dax to cancer. I did post on my community tab, but I have yet to make a video about his last week. It still hurts. Heartfelt hugs and prayers of comfort. 💖🙏💖
Continued love & prayers! Yes, we absolutely have hope when your hearts are right! Grief is sometimes the price we pay for love, but we wouldn’t miss it for the world!
As soon as your video came on the tears just started rolling down my face. Thank you for the words and thoughts at the end of your video. That meant so much. I have a request if you can......can you please show me Smokey's grave.
Happy to see you Ralph , hope you are feeling a little better today , thx for taking us with you on all that happens on the farm ,good and bad. Sending love to you and LeAnn . Hope to meet you someday God keep you and grandma safe and in His hands .💕🙏💕
Hello. I SEEN 2 DEER THERE. 🦌. Smokey is a big loss to all the farm animals and you and Leanne. She was so sweet. Chickens enjoying their extra treats. Have a blessed Sunday.
Thought goats would miss her… but commenting at start of video, just wanted to say that mules or donkeys (I forget which) make good livestock guardians. I remember you talking about one but don’t know what came of it. Much love ❤
Love you so much Grandma and Grandpa Adler. I am still continuing to pray for you and the new chicks that are arriving. I am going to be getting my first backyard chickens in June. I have my brooder and coop and everything I need for when our baby chicks come. We are getting two auracanas, two lavender orpintons, and to Easter Eggers. I am so excited and want to be able to teach my 4 grandchildren all about them. We are waiting for it to warm up some so we can set up the coop. The brooder is ready and we have the food, grit, electrolytes they will need. I just have to get them some scratch. Don’t have any medicine yet in case they need it. I am trying to dot all my I’s and cross all my T’s to make sure I have everything they need. I think I am good for now. Grandpa I love how you love on Miss Kitty. She is healing your heart and comforting you. She loves you so very much. Just like Smokey did. You have a very sweet kitty, goats, pigs and chickens. They all love you very much and so do I. Continuing to keep all of you in my heart and prayers. I am not far from your age. I just turned 65 and I have 4 grandchildren that I love to death. My family is my world to with all of our little dogs and cat and soon to be chicks. Hugs!!! Have a warm and relaxing evening and eat something good and drink something warm. Especially if it is raining there today. Hugs!!! 😍💖🥰💞🌹💕💕🙏🏻🕊🙏🏻🕊🙏🏻
You are such wonderful people, and I love the way you share your faith and how important it is for your whole family. Smokey will be missed by all who loved to watch her antics. God's blessings to all on Grandpa Adler Farms from Proctor Minnesota!
I agree that Grandpa Alder Farms is truly a family that includes all of us and it is a comfort to know we all feel the sadness for losing Smokey. Smokey was loved and she brought us joy. Please know I'm praying for us as a family and we can find comfort in that Smokey was loved by many.
Ralph and LeaAnn your videos are done so well you are naturals at it, you make it real and fun, I am glad that you have a close family for support of each other, and by all of the comments your UA-cam channel has support from all of your viewers also, the Smokey video was a tear-jerker but I especially liked the end where you had the photos of LeaAnn and Smokey and Ralph and Smokey giving hugs and loving each other, something to remind us of how much you each cared for each other. I always look forward to your videos each one puts a smile on my face. THANK YOU
Smoky was an amazing beautiful girl she stole the hearts of all that watched. We fell in love with her. She’s at peace and doing her happy zommies. The best is we know we will see her again someday. Hugs to y’all for taking such amazing care of her and giving her the unconditional love. To see that was so beautiful. We love Grandpa and Grandma Adler.
Grandpa when you gotta go ya gotta go miss kitty helping fertilize the grass lol. It’s so sad smokey was a big part of the farm the goats will miss her for a long long time.they were best friends and partners.it’s devastated you and grandma and all of us miss that sweet girl 😢sending love and prayers to all of you ❤I feel ya grandpa I’m done with the cold weather I am ready for spring and summer 😊 if you want to teach your goats anything grandpa teach them it’s none of anyone business don’t ya just love a perfect know it all there always has to be a negative Nancy .
That was cute grandpa, you talking to the goats saying, "There a place for 2 more people over here to eat."😂😂 Your animals really are family. Smokey will be missed for a long time. It will take awhile to get use to not seeing her romp around. 😢😢
Congrats on the Great Grand Chicks! Praying for all the Adler Farms animals, and the Adler Farms family. Loss is difficult. Sending love and hugs from my family to yours! God Bless!
I'm Anita: God Bless You Grandpa and Grandma LeaAnn! You both are such a Blessing to me. I luv how Ms. Kitty follows you around making your feeding rounds. I really think she is part dog out in the rain, right there with you. I know your hearts are broken over loosing Smokey and mine is too as is all of us. I want to say something and I really don't mean any harm in saying it. I lost a Beloved Dog she was 9yrs old and had to put her down because of cancer. I was crying and praying to the Lord to help me through it. God spoke to my heart and told me you can love another dog. I felt it in my heart like He had Said; "It Out Loud". When enough time passed for me to heal a little bit more I did get another Dog. WE Never Love One Dog More than the one We Lost. Every Animal is special in their own way. So with The Big Hearts You BOth have and the love and Great home you gave Smokey, I know there will be another Dog God will Send You to Love down the road. Won't Be the Same as Smokey, but will be special in it's own way. Sending Luv and Prayers your way! God Bless You BOth and God Bless All the Animals
Smoky was one lucky dog! I couldn't watch the video for a few days because everytime I saw the thumbnail I would start crying!! I lost my precious Lab, Larry in October so, I know it is a hard struggle. Hugs and Love to you from Kentucky!! ❤️❤️
Oh, Grandpa! Smokey was loved, but so are you and Grandma! Never forget that.❤️❤️❤️
Ah Carol thank you so much. We love you too
Smokey was clearly loved by you, your family and the animals, as well as many many people you'll never meet. God brought her home, but she is still watching the farm in peace without pain. She will make her presence known and you will know she's near.

👍Ms. Kitty came to you at the right time. She is an angel sent to help you both thru this rough time.
I can't believe how much I miss Smokey. ❤
The absence of Smokey will be felt for sometime. I certainly feel it watching the videos. Hope you and LeaAnn are doing well. Cheers, Doc ❤

The Arms family lost a baby donkey and their dog last week. Praying for all of you.
I am glad to see the goats acting more like themselves 😊 They just looked so lost and confused when Smokey died. They knew something was wrong but at that point they were unsure of just what was happening. Animals grieve too ❤

@@elaineinman7077 Thank you and may you also.
We all need to grieve and sometimes have a "good cry." Just know that we love you❤
I feel exactly the same. I shed a lot of tears - had myself a big cry.
God is still good all the time ❤
😂 I thought to myself, "I bet he forgets he put those in that bucket!" As soon as you put them in there! At least you remembered! The pigs thank you!😂

Continued prayers
May the cute little chicks bring you much Joy.
Continued prayers for your family, I’ve lost my three older furbabies in the last two years. They’re not just pets they’re family 😔😔😔❤️❤️❤️
Miss Nellie just wants to sit and touch your hand.
It’s really different now. But of course it is. I think the Goat Bros we’re sitting with Smokey that night. ❤
We’re sending more rain your way. Hopefully, it won’t actually snow Tuesday and Wednesday night. I’m ready for gardening.
What a lovely outpouring of love and support. You’ve created a great space for the community that’s shown up here.
Blessings Ralph and LeaAnn ❤
Get a donkey they are great at keeping live stock safe . I miss Smokey 😢
Yes you two are so loved. I love Smokey like she was my owne.
Love and prayers.
God bless
From Oklahoma
Foxx is your comic relief and Bruce is Chad's. They give you something to smile about.
Yes Pam I saw that. Very sad
Love you all. .Till next time..🇺🇸❤️🌹
I'm so very sorry for your loss!! It has been a heart breaker for sure! It would be nice to do a remembrance shirt for Smokey.
I am so sorry for the loss of Smokey 😢😢
Thank you Grandpa and Grandma for all your love and hope. Thank the Lord for new life with new chickens and baby Patrick
❤ God Bless you and the Farm
I wore my CRITTER GITTER shirt in remembrance of
Smokey.
Praying for your loss to God for comfort and strength 🙏❤
I’m sorry Kimberly. It’s painful. We are grieving with you
I have never posted on anyone’s channel before.
Miss kitty incident made me laugh for the first time in 3 days 😅💗
That wormy dance made my day!!!
Grandpa and Grandma you two are a genuine blessing from God. Thank you both for all the love you share. Your light shines bright 💜🙏
Grandma & Grandpa Adler, we all hurt for you & the fur-babies too!! I cried, still crying!! Between Fred & Smokey has been a great loss for all of you & us!!

Sending all how love from our family to yours ❤
I'm still crying. I miss her so much. God bless you ❤❤❤
I feel strange about calling you guys Grandma and Grandpa when I am almost 70.
I was running and hit a tree😂 love ya grandpa, continued prayers 🙏
Yes have a good day GPA and Gma. God bless you all. Love ya's
I’m so sorry for your loss. Many prayers for you and your family. I love the way you love all your fur babies.
Love yall so much. I wish we could be neighbors!!!!! Loved Smokey so much.
Our fur babies, our family, so sad when they pass...💔😪☝️
Thank you both for sharing, you are awesome! I still have the notification about Smokey on my phone and I refuse to delete it. Love to all
❤️
True friends leave PAWPRINTS on your Hearts!🐾🐾🐾🐾♥♥♥♥
Grandpa when you gotta go ya gotta go miss kitty helping fertilize the grass lol.
God bless you both she will be missed
Smoky was one lucky dog! I couldn't watch the video for a few days because everytime I saw the thumbnail I would start crying!! I lost my precious Lab, Larry in October so, I know it is a hard struggle. Hugs and Love to you from Kentucky!! ❤️❤️
