OMG the floofies!!!!!! So pleased the vet was happy with the pups and it was all just routine.
Leann sure had a hard job giving the pups a bath. They looked so white & fluffy until they returned from the vet! Your chickens are all looking great, & the new ones are growing fast! Looks like everything right now is all good at Grandpa Adlers!!!
You know that's a mommy's job to make sure the kids are clean before you go to the Dr. But they are LGD's if they work or play they will get dirty. The kitties look good & healthy. I love the rock & talks, Grampa can't sit still always on the go! 😂😂

I think they may have have been hired for the wrong job...
I think they applied for the CLD, (Cuddly Lap Dog) position but their paperwork got messed up😂😅❤

Those babies are so fun! You should have put leashes on them- that’s usually the start of leash training is vet visits ❤ next time they won’t fit in the sink 😂
They both had collars on and were on leashes.
Most vets insist on leads for safety reasons and all dogs need to be lead trained. You might not need it but once but that once could be important

Grandma…the Vet understands that they are LGDs in training! Of course their a bit muddy or they wouldn’t be training very well, would they? LOL 🤣🤣🤣

I'm with grandma on this one. I like my dog to smell good and look.good when they go to the vet. We had a pomeranian many years ago that actually felt shame when he had poop on his butt. He would hide until we gave him a bath. The pups were so good during their baths. Thank you for sharing your lives with us. God bless and take care.

Don't know if you know this or not, but you can feed Miss Kitty kitten food while she's nursing. Miss Kitty knows she and the kittens are safe with you guys. Animals can tell when someone loves animals like you guys. I love, love, love the music LeaAnn plays when you're working at something. I can sit in my chair and rock to the music. LOL
Good idea..That way the kittens will also be familiar with the smell of it when they start to eat on their own.

I had my 12 wk old Pug puppy my son gave me for Mother's Day out in our yard for him to go potty. 2 guys in a car pulled over on the side of the Rd & 1 guy jumped out , ran & grabbed my Bandit.!! My husband ran into house, grabbed keys & a gun took off down the road after them. NEVER FOUND THEM!!!
Just that quick my baby Bandit was gone!! My Pug now you better believe he's chipped!!

Whew, I think bathing those two pups just about wore grandma out. Maybe next time you can take em to the car🚗 wash.😅. They won't fit in the laundry room sink much longer, they are getting heavy.❤
The puppies are so cute and white and fluffy with a good health check up/ shots , Grandpa on the momma cat getting spayed I had a cat that was still nursing her 6 babies and the vet said they could still spay her I was very surprised thankfully no problems and she continued nursing. Grandma probably didn’t realize how hard it would be on her back bathing the puppies, they looked very beautiful for they’re vet appointment glad it went very good ❤❤

I had a rescue I fostered and she had kittens the night of the day I picked her up. She developed a uterine infection and she had to be spayed the first week after she had her kittens. She would have died if I hadn’t had her spayed. I brought the babies to the vet with her. 4 beauties, all different. She recovered nicely and never skipped a beat taking care of her babies.

Oh the puppies are getting so big! Still cutie patooties! Noticed Riley has a more straight tail & Revel has one that curls right up! They are going to be pretty big guard furrbabies! Love the kittens. Mama has done such a great job! Hope she doesn’t meet up with a male before fixing for sure! Do you have to fix the kittens all too? I agree with Grandma about cleaning the babies before doctor visit, especially their first time! Would the goats clear some of that vegetation seen past the chicken fence? Looks lush there! 😂😂It the mother complex we are instilled with from birth.. clean bottoms and ( under wear) Adler’s hair looks like it’s getting darker.. my youngest son’s hair went from blonde to brown as he got older.. he’s grey now😂 he’s also a little thin on top..

They both had collars on and were on leashes. We carried them in though. There was a Great Dane in there at the same time.
Take a good look andyou see the collars when they inside the vets waitingroom.

Adler looks so much like his Granny. Walk in shower with a long hose attached is what i use to bath my big dog in. Those pups are adorable and the kittens too. Cut the hair around their butts so the poop won't stick to them. Lol. It is hard to bath them.

Ralph, you know you can plant beans and squash with that corn. They grow well together and helps keep the weeds down. It’s called a 3 sisters garden.
I am with you Grandpa, just getting my dog in the car was good enough for me going to the vet. She hated going to the vet a 100 pound chicken. But she could bark, I felt very protected. Not ready for a new one, just starting to think about it. You are doing great. Until next time.

Those are such calm puppies. I’ve never seen puppies be so docile during baths & in Vets office. It’s true you’re as good as the company you keep, & they are in the best company. These two pups are truly blessed to have y’all as their parents. Love y’all from McCalla, Alabama. I’ve been in hospital & now in rehab since 3/20/23. Just a good pin brush, or even an old hair brush is good at getting dry dirt and mud out of a double coat.. dog bathing back pain is real!😉

She brought them to the garage. Had been gone for at least 3 weeks
