The murtabak that you had in the video is the 'express' version where the chicken/beef filling is prepared and laid 'wet' on the dough. The Johor version had the filling cooked and 'dry' when laid on top of the dough. Even the dough is double the size. With the 'dry' filling, a double layer or even triple layer of murtabak can be serve. Also available with cheese version. A must have for any murtabak lovers. 💪💪💪
