As someone else posted below, that noise you hear is the plastic blower. Moisture gets on the fan blades and lint builds up. This makes it out of balance and it vibrates as it spins. Clean that good and it should solve the problem. If not you will need to replace it.
Fan blower blade wobbling, it only make that noise after 5 minutes of running the plastic expanse after heating up my blade was crack behind the blade the front was perfect

I wish that is all it was I think am going to have to change that Teflon bushing as well.
