de-cat ? gotta be some more open intake option for it ? then an ECU flash is what i was thinkin ? this system better than the whole system from Yoshimura for $929 on Revzilla ??
Depends on who you ask. Some say a remap really helps but we haven't noticed any adverse effects without one. If you leave the quiet core in, it will keep the back pressure closer to stock, but the sound with it out is really nice.

i have two T7 one just with leovince exhaust and one with decat and exhaust. there is more tork lower down with exhaust, with decat and exhaust there is a big gain in power i am running stock ecu.
@@ADVMoto my mate runs same but he has had his tuned, we both said after riding both bike the tuned one revs a bit more after 6000rpm. but not a lot in it. back to back on the road the tuned one gained about 3 foot down a straight live in uk,
Thanks for the headsup on that and sorry you had to find out. The LV header pipes don't follow the OEM shape exactly. depending on what you're installing it may be a problem.
@@neilmosteller2472 How far off was the clearance from the Givi bars? We plan to only install side crash bars, skipping the full wrap around upper protection.
@@ADVMoto it probably won't take much to clear, maybe 10 mm or less. Later today I am going to mark the header fully seated without the crossbar in place. Then I will put the crossbar back on and slip on the header till it hits and take a measurement. I think I have found a machinist that will cut the crossbar and extend it and weld it back, but he won't be back at work till Monday. I just hope he is good because if he screws up the crossbar only way to get another one is to buy another set of crash bars !! I will let you guys know how it goes next week. Thought about buying another brand of headers but will probably be the same issue.
@@neilmosteller2472 Yeah it could be that way. What about cutting the cross bar, then screwing or welding another flat curved piece of metal between the two? We had to bend out the stock skid plate (which was easy) a little bit. Def keep us posted on how it goes. It's a great system but stuff like that is annoying to deal with.
Did not have to remap. We were expecting some decel popping but everything seems to be fine. I don't believe they provide a map, but there is a before/after dyno chart on their site I believe.
leave the oem exhaust in place and save all the money for something worth buying. the sound of the oem exhaust is pretty spot on. This LeoVince isnt better, but that is just me. OK the weight difference is something at least
People like to upgrade different things on bikes. There's nothing wrong with these bikes as they come from the factory, but are platforms to customize however a rider sees fit. Just saying this kit saves weight and sounds amazing.
That's not exactly true, the OEM header is a restriction on the bike and it has a catalyst as well. Which drives up the temperature of the engine because it doesn't flow as well and holds in heat. Now if you were only going to put a slip-on pipe on and no other mods then I would say keep the OEM header. These motors are lean as s*** from the factory and they have some weird timing curves on them as well trying to meet emissions. A good exhaust and header system with a ECU flash really wakes the CP2 up.
Hey fellas, quick update on the header and crossbar hitting on the Givi crash bars. Got a machinist to extend the crossbar and took it and had it powder coated. Worked like a champ, can't even tell it. Installed the leo headers and paired it with the HP Course Ti pipe. Sounds great 👍. Sent off the ECU to get flashed, probably saved close to 8 pounds off the bike..
Huzarexhaust from Poland. A real solution to the exposed location of stock or this overpriced bling. Even though USA is printing the dollar into oblivion, still less then $200.

I'm sure the Tenere 700 will benefit from ECU flashes with the full system, exactly as is well known about the MT-07.
3:20 for LeoVince exhaust sound
Thanks for posting that!
Champion. 👌
Hola amigo
Poniendo colectores y silenciador no pierdes potencia ? Osea no pierdes par motor ??
Are they firmware updatable? Nice job!
Great instructions dude 👍

I love it. Will you pls tell us about the sticker pads on the rear plastics?
Also interrested :D
Hey there, those are from TechSpec-USA. I’m really digging them.

Excelent definetly LV best exhaust system💪🏼
It sounds great. The best we've heard so far from a few systems. Lots of good options available now for this bike!
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. wondering IF any change in performance....dyno numbers? Maybe add to the exhaust list for ULTIMATE T7 build.

Just a heads up for people, if you have Givi crash bars, the Leo 's header will not clear the crossbar for the crash bars... :(

They need a high exaust!!! Why would I pay thousand buck for the same problem of the exaust rubbing the swing arm?
LV made a new titanium exhaust for Honda AT 1100 .... top!!
It's good stuff! We also have one on our WR250R and love it.

MT-07 with full system sees very beneficial changes with a quality ECU remap. And this history is well established since 2014.
Does the Black edition sounds equal? Also, with givi lateral racks it fits? Thank You
Not sure to be honest! I would expect the sound to be similar, but not sure about the racks.

You left out the part where you need to reattach the O2 sensor to the new pipe .
Yes, this was meant more as an overview and not a detailed install guide.
The 02 sensor cable is a bit stretched.
