Excellent comparo! My Tuck trimmed to stock TRX4 painted is 118g. Stock TRX4 Sport body slight trim is 205g. Good to know the others are so much shorter. Great choice on the Cliffhanger- something different!
Doing a body search for my SMT-10 Monster Truck chassis. Going off reservation into crawler territory and found the P-L Cliffhanger. Excellent video comparison you put together gives me two other options as well. Two thumbs up for very useful info on all three. Cheers. 'AC'
I love the Creep body, even got one myself, because of you. BUT the Proline fits perfect. And it sets the Sv2 apart from the rest. Greetings from the Netherlands

I want to get the cliffhanger body too, it looks awesome and that bed is pretty unique.
I have my second Cliffhanger body on it's way. I will post a picture on your Facebook page when it's approved. I went with a yellow/red candy and carbon fiber areas on the hood and down the sides. Mine is a play rig.... capera axles VP dig and a 13.5 wheelbase. I used a IE RC narrow sliders.

I finally got the Ecto! 💪
Changed out the pinion gear to a 13t and the overdrive gear to 11.83 plus the wheels and tires, Got the program card now also..

Definitely the Cliffhanger. One of coolest new crawler bodies to come out in awhile.
What is the length of the Cliffhanger body between the wheel wells. I am still waiting on my cliffhanger body as they are out of stock at present.

I thought the Cliffhanger was a Chevy Colorado... Actually I kind of want the Tucked as I don't comp and like the lack of a drop bed in the rear, which is my one complaint with the Proline Power Wagon. The bed is a pain to paint and is rather thin in spots.
Cliff is the one. I say paint it white with red print to match sv1.

I’d run the cliffhanger.. it also would make v2 be different. But it’s yours and I know your partial to the creep.. its up to u. And could u heat the body and move the sides n on the proline.. cause that body looks so good.. and how would the old power wagon body compair to the creep?
The cliffhanger is a sweet body. I seen on at ECC this weekend n it fits extremely well. Looks even better in person. Also seen the PL ranger body too. Its to big n bulky imo
Me and three other guys are running the cliffhanger, are Hobbyshop is working on warranty for us because they are cracking everywhere!!!!! Might just be are batch but look out when your running it!!!!! Mine was cracked before I touched it

A cool scheme for that body would be to go for a A-10 Warthog look, matte gray with some rivets and the big teething smile
Which one would you say is thicker and more durable? I saw some video comparisons between the two, and it seems PL is better.

The cliffhanger is definitely the best looking/fitting of them all! The tucked is horrible in my opinion,. First the creep was my favourite (just because you have very capable rigs underneath that)until you put the cliffhanger on sv2. I definitely need me to order myself the creep body someday 😀

Would like to hear why you chose the cheap flat rail in stock axial shape, rather than one of the more modern designs with angled skid and "improved " geometry and clearances ?

My play areas and comp areas have a lot of jagged points to get over, the angled skids catch them a bit too much for me. The link geometry isn't modern either but it works well enough for me. If I had natural rocks and not broken concrete, I'd most likely have a chassis with an angled skid on it.

Thanks man. Came for a close up look a the Willys pick up. I had the real thing in Canary yellow with the white spoke Tacoma rims. I think I can put fenders on it and a few mods to make it look stock for another body on my scx10.3

It's an actual Willys Jeep pick up from the 50's. I had a 53 in Canary yellow and white spoke Tacoma rims.
Go with the cliffhanger you have too many Creep bodies! Lol. I think every vehicle in your stock has the creep body! Lmao! I mean they are a good looking bodies, if you did something like a weathered or patina look on the creep body then heck yeah.👍🏼
