Yeah, its a really special area in our city. I live in Rocky Ridge - love it out here, but would love to be able to just walk to the river or for dinner!
if u want to live near the bow river that fine but when it a bad rain storm & the water raise up on land everything that about 50 to 100 miles i think it was get flood out i live in Calgary for 20 years & in Douglas Glen area that near bow river from 1999 / 2000 to 2014 near by people had to leave do to high water
how much was it? did he mention? We bought a house in Brampton recently and its crazy expensive. I hate winters, if the weather is good then I would love to move in another city/province and enjoy luxury home that I spent here in GTA.

Totally unique property, and not for everyone - but personally I know every home comes with a little compromise - it 's just about which one makes the most sense for you!

Amazing what value you get in Calgary. You'd be lucky to find a decent 2 bedroom condo in Toronto for this price.
