Not really Brad. It just takes a hard look at what happened in 2023. The fire season was and is still brutal. Its killed I don't know how many people with respiratory problems, many of them continuing in distress from Covid.
I love having the trees, but I would be looking hard at fire suppression systems, like a really big swimming pool as a reservoir with a bunch of large fire monitors fed from independently powered fire pumps. In addition, I would be considering wide scale wet down systems to keep anything around the property that I valued wet if needed.
If you are going to spend that much to buy the property, be prepared to spend to defend it.
@@georgemorris9616 Bearspaw is known for its especially high water table. These are not the areas dealing with fires.

This home has been for sale through at least 3 realtors, for several, several, several years: therefore I am wondering what is wrong with it.
Absolutely nothing wrong with this home! We've had multiple offers over the period of time I've listed this home, they just weren't quite simply where my clients wanted to be. It's a stunning home.
