That really hit. You find your niche and start building a library of information until you become the librarian. Then eventually people just go to the librarian and say “Can you just help me do it / do it for me?!” That’s such a spot on analogy. Going to build my library….
Great episode again guys. I came across your show about a month ago and have been soaking up your content like crazy. I'd love to see an episode about service-based businesses that are killing it on social!
Another solid episode, a 3 bagger (listened 3 times, each time gleaned new insights). You guys talk about content velocity and how critical it is, any insights on how to best structure this, i.e. the tools needed, the team, the right flow of execution, etc...
I think breaking it out by content pillars, series, etc makes things more easy to reach large numbers. For instance if you come up with 6 series, 5 parts each, you've already got 30 content pieces before even doing trends or memes
I'd love to see a playbook for rappers and music producers, there's not much great content out there for us - Just found this podcast a few days ago, quickly shot up to one of my favorites. Thanks for what yall do!
I'm unconvinced the teasing is a good strategy in a podcast. I watched for 10 minutes, but was still not interested, because the subject didn't match my expectation from the title and thumbnail
Yeah we didn't mean to tease. Naturally we saved the Wimbledon section for the end because it was the longest segment. And we even discussed as a team that we fucked that up. We should've done it at the beginning because of the title. That's our bad.
Hey man - not trying to mislead. The Wimbledon part of the pod is the biggest segment and so we got out the smaller segments first so we didn't have to rush it. But later one we were like fuck the title says X and it doesn't start with that. So we're fixing it in the future episodes. Just tryna get better
Im convinced them sweating the whole time is secretly a genius marketing strategy for sweat equity

I did one a while back about my content strategy for Nibble, my 2 cents is its all thought leadership content from the founder to drive inbound

Would love if y’all could make a video about starting to get some initial motion and traction with a brand new account/brand.
IG is heavily prioritizing smaller accounts right now, would hammer short form video on reels
another great one, friends.

The title of the video is a little misleading.
