What about this scenario: 1) biological parent’s rights are terminated 2) current guardian is mentally and emotionally abusive 3) minor wants to move out and live with someone else that has a long established relationship with minor 4) minor is afraid of current guardian knowing for fear of conflict What steps need to be taken?
What about if I am living with my grandparents and their health is failing and they have financial issues? I also don't get along with them they always say that that I ask for basic things I am asking for too much or that I should get a job even though I I only 14.

How to find out when guardianship will be considered after filing? Judge has heard case but have not been notified of ruling. Judge wants to talk with child 2 months ago, how do I ask court his decision?
When you have a hearing to terminate the guardianship for the kids to go back to there parent how long after the hearing would the judge decide for the kids to go back home with parent and not guardian?
I gave my mother legal guardianship of my child since I am outside of the untied states and I sent my child to study, I’ve learned that my child is been brain washed, abuse threatened and is living in and around drunkards and drug users I want my child to return but my mother refuse to send her back I don’t have a visa to go to the USA and get her back, how can I deal with this

Why does a guardian appointed by the mother only and died has to remain the guardian when the child is constantly running away, lying and stealing from other family members of the guardian, getting kicked out of the school and other outlandish things
Money money money! Lawyers and courts eating children and incapacitated like birds of prey eating carrion at the side of the road. Family members are treated like criminals. Money that would be used for caring for the incapacitated including therapies and out of pocket medical care, are given to the court for so-called "background checks" and to lawyers for fees. Documents refer to sons, daughters, sisters, brothers, aunts, uncles, mothers, fathers... as wards. It's a business. The intent of the law is to protect the incapacitated from exploitation and abuse, but the letter of the law is used to exploit and abuse. The Legislature needs to define everything precisely. Even the required classes are just old videos that do not prepare the family guardians but only to fulfill "the letter" of the law of having a "class" as if a video of a class is a class. No questions can be asked, because that would be annoying to a teacher to have to answer questions that have no good answers. What happens to the incapacitated who have no friends or family member or money? Who cares!!! That only concerns a guardian court if they can get some more tax dollars "for the incapacitated."
The temp ex parte guardianship people who stole my children on false documents has a registered sex offender living w this man who isn't my daughter's father nor any relationship to my daughter they send her their every weekend. What do I do

If you become a guardian does that mean that the child is then your dependent and you can put them on your insurance?
