- BPTP BUILDER looted over 2000+ residents on the name of club charges. They delayed the project by almost 8 years and after 8 years they gave a surprise to super high charges with incomplete project and super high maintenance charges and poor management. Residents were forced to shut down the clubhouse instead of paying these high unjustified charges.

That’s quite illiterate. It wasn’t a one time payment of 800. It was monthly and over years and by everyone in the entire society. Do you understand how mathematics works?

3500 Maintaince hai 1079 Sq ft ki for 2 Bhk house. Rs 800 club house charges hai.
