This is a channel created by BPTP Home Buyers who were cheated by BPTP Builder. We have been waiting from 10 years for our dream home and not getting any positive response on the delivery date. Now after waiting for 10 years with a delay of 7 years in possession they started offering possession to some of the buyers however they are asking to pay an EXTRA COST of 25% of the original cost on the name cost and area escalation. This is not it they don't have proper water and sewage connection, we are not sure how Government authorities have issued them OC. Looks like the whole system is corrupt. We have decided to raise our voice using this channel where we all buyers will share our pain and how we are being mentally and financially harassed by BPTP Builder. BPTP Builder - Kabul Chawla is No. 1 Fraud and Cheater who has bought home in New York from the money he has received from the buyers. He is looting money from innocent buyers.

100s of families had to come on the road to raise objection against unjustified and unreasonable maintenance charges. Over 1300+ families staying in the society and according to the residents the club house was built from money which the builder has collected from buyers almost 12 years ago. The residents got this club after a delay of almost 8 years. Now the BPTP BUILDER is charging a super high maintenance charges to run the club which residents are not ready to pay. RWAs of the society asked for clarification of charges and present the invoices but the builder has simply denied to provide any details. This is clearly dictatorship of the builder and residents are opposing the same. Incase you are planning to buy any plot, villa, flat or any property from BPTP BUILDER then it's an alarm for you to avoid buying any property from this BPTP fraud builder.

BPTP BUILDER looted over 2000 residents on the name of club charges. They delayed the project by almost 8 years and after 8 years they gave a surprise to super high charges with incomplete project and super high maintenance charges and poor management. Residents were forced to shut down the clubhouse instead of paying these high unjustified charges.

BPTP BUILDER is well know on the name of looting the residents and on the name of delaying the projects by several years. Checkout the video how they have looted 1000 families with incomplete project and super high maintenance charges. This is the dictatorship of the BPTP management on how they are minting money from poor residents after selling them flats at a higher price.
BPTP Builder is Fraud. Beware of such builders and avoid buying BPTP Plots or BPTP Flats.

@@Ab-mz2k Please calculate the expenditure you expect that society is doing. 200 Rs club and Maintaince average charges compare karke Dena with names with other societies 3500 Maintaince hai 1079 Sq ft ki for 2 Bhk house. Rs 800 club house charges hai. If you agree with these numbers. Let me know which other societies are charging less than this. Affordable se maat compare karna.

OMG 2010 से, सर अब मिला कि नहीं possesion? मैंने तो affordable housing project m डाला था पहली payment का चेक मार्च में ड्रॉ निकलने के बाद दी थी but RERA policy के तहत ये उसको कैश नहीं कर सकते थे तो वो मेरा May 2018 में गई, जिन्होंने NEFT की थी उनके तो गए सीधे और मुझे अच्छा खासा interest मिल गया 🤣 But हमारा प्रोजेक्ट 95% रेडी है जो 5% बचा हुआ है वो commercial वाला part और Entry & Exit है जो बन रहे हैं but OC का कुछ clear नहीं बता रहे हैं और न अंदर प्रोजेक्ट में entry दे रहे हैं देखने के लिए।

Nothing will happen as intent of Company is to do fraud only .This builder even does not pay Govt dues even after collecting same from buyers. Customer care and management is hopeless .Not with buying in their projects .

People should be aware that BPTP is nothing but a company that parks illegal money for the Congress party. I am not being political here, but please understand that every party has such a company. Avoid BPTP, Raheja, Vatika, Ramprastha, Chintels, Lodha, etc. as they will never be prosecuted.

Sir I am very sorry for your situation I hope no one has to go through what you are going hope you get your flat registered as soon as possible. I was interested in this project but my bank told me they don't give loan on this property due to some issues with the builder, I asked my bank only which project is available in 37d and they told me for Ramprastha atrium ( not even edge) they provide loan. I went ahead with that only Right now roads are not fully built yet but atleast I am settled in and living peacefully with family. My suggestion always go for private banks ( Like axis bank ) they have full knowledge for which project you can get registry quickly and which project is cleared of all dues.
