My sister met with an accident 5 years ago in Hadapsar Pune , It was a Hit and Run case , MLA's PA forced the police to release the accused even before bail was granted ,Fortunately my sister was saved by Good Samaritans , now she has limb Disability , the case is still pending in court , we await for Justice ; my family suffered a lot but everyone attention was on LS Polls so police took 2 months to file the chargesheet. Justice is very expensive for Middle class and poor , but elected representatives standing behind accused is more painful.
My brother died also in same hit and run case.. still court date pending...ab tak session court me hai...aage aur kitne saal lag jayenge pata nahi...but i will fight till last end.😢😢😢

The bail is not given by a judge of a regular court. It is given by a non judicial member of Juvenile justice board.
