Hi Josh, as you were talking of finding grott mags in the bin I thought you might like to know that "Grumble" is the Cornish word for discarded pornography found in a hedge or field.
My favourite element of this is the use of British euphemisms. Like saying “then you had a proper polish”. I feel like in America, they either wouldn’t talk about it at all, or would say something vulgar. Whereas this both says it all and just the use of the word “polish” is funny by itself.
Pavlovian conditioning is pretty creepy when you imagine how this can be used against us (intentionally or not). Think about how it makes you feel whenever your phone makes a little 'ping', or how the money 'k-ching' noise in adverts might affect a gambling addict that associates that noise with winning... There's undoubtedly a ton of stuff like this that affects our habits and decisions that we're less aware of.
That "puppy love" bit is a clear Billy Connolly steal or, at the least, an inspiration. I know Billy is an inspiration of Micky's and I've watched so much of Billy.
When I was younger it wasn't so easy to get porn which was a good thing because if it was easily available I would probably be arthritic and blind by now ?
Well, I grew up with American comedy so I do really love many comedians and shows over here. I do love British comedy though, it is very different than what I am used to but I do really love it a whole lot.
I come from Bethnal green in the east end of London my older brother new Micky well they went too the same school so I've followed his career he's not as funny nowadays he's on mainstream t.v a lot now so he's cleaned his act up... but he's a cockney which is people from the east end of London and we all speak cockney slang There's load of English people that don't understand the way we talk let alone people from America...lol
I suspect that you have too much to work with already and would probably not want to mess with the theme of your channel but what about an overall reaction/conclusive review of stuff you watch. So for example if you had watched a bunch of blackadder, a video with your overall impressions and a rating or summarised "final thoughts" drawing from your reactions in each video you did. Just a thought that popped into my head.
I'd love to hear your opinion on this: ua-cam.com/video/gpdWwubN6-0/v-deo.html. It isn't funny, but it's Stephen Fry giving his opinion on the difference between American and British comedy. It seems to me that you're well qualified to comment on it.

Oh ok thanks man!
@@AfterWorkReactions Haha...Did you file that under "what the hell do I do with this information?!"
Mate, that pornography you found in a hedge or field wasn't "discarded", you busted someones stash, and probably ruined one of their days!
@@jimbojones8208 The rule was to leave grumble alone, maybe poke it with a stick but definitely don't touch it.

You should check out 'Romesh Ranganathan' he does some stand up. Not as much as Micky. But you'll get a few videos out of him. And he's funny AF.
First porn was a vhs in a dumpster?!?!? In the UK it's ripped up magazines in the woods (grim I know).
You should try and watch a full stand up like back in the game

being on computer or phone all the time and playing on hardcore tense games all day does that. Add porn to that then maybe.

My mistake, I've just seen you're cracking on with it on Patreon..
Thanks bud!
James Acaster!!! He's very dry but he's the best.
How do you think American comedy compares to British?

The best American comedy compares very well to the best British comedy. There is also a lot of rubbish comedy in both nations.
Watch Stath Lets Flats, or Pete Vs Life
Also, PhoneShop
