Hey! Just found this channel. I’m not a continual mtg player, and defiantly more exotic in my deck building. Oloro was my first commander when he first came out so I had to watch this video. One life gain combo I’ve always found fun was wall of reverence and serras avatar. Bare minimum you are doubling your life total each turn. Might be a bit slow, but it’s really satisfying.
@@MTGAlpha Yeah Wall of Reverence is a great life gain creature. Especially in a deck that has a way to buff creatures with things like Cradle of Vitality or Ajani Pridemates. Rhox Faithmender also just makes the entire concept ludicrous. But no one ever needs that much life so it’s not super competitive. Your EDH deck here seems much more efficient.
Paradox haze=second upkeep for additional life gain, Cleric class enchantment at level 1, et Al.= cards that add +1 to any life gained, Sphinx of Second Sunrise?=at your end step, you take an additional untap and upkeep phase, Pristine Talisman &campfire artifacts=tap Pristine Talisman for colorless mana and gain life, use that mana to tap down campfire gain another two life. Drana (something)=vampire creature with on your end step, if you’re gained 3? or more life this turn, opponents lose 3 life and you gain 3 life
Hey nice deck! I wish i had that budget hahah I would add: Speaker of the heavens Beacon of inmortality/revival revenge, (which is also combo qith sanguine bond) Propaganda/ghostly prison
Mutavault can go well with The Book of Exhalted Deeds. If you were not the target before, you would be when you have a land that doesn't allow you to lose the game. 😈
Good deck, Oloro never gets old. You know, there's a new artifact soldier for 1 mana that gains you a life whenever a non basic land is played and has protection from multicolor. Also as a Krav and Regna player, I would play at least one single token maker triggering on lifegain, just for protection.
Spectrum Sentinel! This seems like a great fit in this deck. I've also added and removed Nyx Fleece Ram, too many times. I just can't get it to stay compared to the other cards.. A token generator would be great actually. I have a couple copies of Skrelv's Hive that I pulled. I've considered adding those in there
I don't like the ram so much, i mean: it's just 1 life. Try to consider token makers like crested sunmare: attended healer, regal bloodlord and Regna the redeemer looks like trash, but after you will play with them and just 1 soul sister, you'll find out that they will be 4 tokens in a round rather then just 1. Also awesome life gainer are ashes of the abhorrent and authority of the consuls and Queza, augur of agonies. I hope you will find helpful such a comment, after all this infinite spoiler season made so many good cards fly under the radar.

@@szadec9264 Queza can definitely be added as the only blue spell in the deck! I love the ability. Crested Sunmara does so much work I love it.

Another card I like running is Pristine Talisman while Oloro on the battlefield. Free card draw and your opponents lose one life!
